Other places I called told me I would have to buy a new tire. Franco was the only one that looked at it and told me he could repair it. Not only did he repair it, recognizing my hardship, he refused to take money for the service. This is truly an honest shop, with wonderful people. Thank you

I was having a rough start to my day when I got a flat tire on my way to a job, with about 150 miles still left to drive. After changing the tire on the side of the road and putting on my spare, I found the nearest Mavis and stopped in hoping they could help. As soon as I walked in, Franco greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I explained the situation and that I still had a long drive ahead of me. He immediately got things moving. There was no runaround and no unnecessary waiting—he simply took care of the problem. In less than 30 minutes, my tire was repaired and I was back on the road and headed to my job. When you're already having one of those mornings, having someone step up, understand the situation, and get you taken care of quickly makes a huge difference. Franco provided outstanding customer service and turned what could have ruined my entire day into a minor inconvenience. Mavis is lucky to have him.
