  Mavis saves the day for me once again! Mark and Chris are truly one-of-a-kind. They are very professional and do not play games with your wallet. I badly needed tires in a crunch and they made it happen for a good price. Knowing that I was also going through a rough patch and trying to get my car to be functional again, Mark and Chris generously changed my oil for free as a surprise. I needed a new battery terminal post installed too - guess what? They did not nickel and dime me or try to charge me some crazy feel. They simply fixed it and did it because they are good people. The quality of their work is top notch as well - I have never had an issue before. I cannot recommend Mavis enough!! Thank you Mark and Chris! Y'all are awesome!!

  Absolutely incredible experience! We were traveling on the highway, heading out on vacation, when we unexpectedly got a flat tire. We had to pull over and happened to find this Mavis Tires & Brakes location by chance, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. They immediately understood our situation, jumped right into action, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. What could have easily ruined the start of our family vacation turned into an amazing customer service experience. It’s rare these days to find a team that genuinely cares about helping people, and that’s exactly what we experienced here. A huge thank you to the entire team! We truly appreciate everything you did for our family. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. Five stars all around!

  Great experience! Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and I was in and out in only about 45 minutes for a tire that was slowly losing pressure. They found a small nail, patched the hole, and got me back on the road. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into buying new tires. Honest, efficient, and friendly service! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received from Mavis Tire & Brakes, especially from a gentleman named Chris! While I was on vacation, I called with some concerns about my tires, pricing, and an unexpected issue with my lug nuts. Being away from home and dealing with car problems is never fun, especially when you’re unsure what you actually need or what things should cost. Chris was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the different prices, what my tires needed, and helped me better understand the situation without making me feel like I was asking too many questions. It’s not every day you come across someone willing to take that extra time to help a customer, especially over the phone. Sometimes it’s the little things, like kindness, patience, and simply treating someone with respect, that make the biggest difference. Mavis, you have a great employee in Chris, and I hope his management recognizes that! People like him are the reason customers feel comfortable trusting a business. Thank you again, Chris, for turning a stressful situation into a much better experience. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed!

  I was traveling through at 85-100 mph. I suddenly got shimmering steering wheel. I got to this store and 4 men greeted me. Two tall large guys and 2 large small guys. I have never received such kind efficient and valuable service at ANY establishment. Shimmering was from a front tire starting to come apart. My Dad's older car and 9 year old tires. One of the larger guys showed me the other tires with same soon to be major issues. He was not up selling me anything. He was caring out of true concern for mine and my passengers safety. These are down home dudes that want to sleep good at night and the prices are phenomenal. B.H.
