  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Franco highly enough! After what had clearly been a long and exhausting day, he stayed open just to help me with my tire when he could have easily gone home. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare. Not only did he fix my tire quickly and professionally, but he was also genuinely kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. He turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and truly cares about his customers, Franco is the person to call. Thank you, Franco, for your outstanding service and for your kindness.   I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Melbourne. Franco took excellent care of us from start to finish. We needed our tire replaced, and he made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, honest, and very friendly. The service was fast, the prices were fair, and everyone treated us with respect. If you’re looking for the best tire shop in Melbourne, ask for Franco. Highly recommend!

  I can not say to be happy with Mavis, I bought there 4 years ago and bought 4 new tires, the service was ok. Then last week ,I stopped there and talked with the Manager Franco, I told him, that the right front left tire has a nail with a bigger head, he told everybody is busy now, I should come back later, so I went to my car and seated, then Franco came with a water container and sprayed the area with water and told me is leaking, so then he told me the tire doesn't work anymore , its a brand new Michelin tire, he said the tire is a total loss, then I asked him how much cost a new Michelin, he said 400 $ and can come tomorrow, I said let me think abou it, since I dont have that money now and left the place to check somewere else in Melbourne close to my house, i visited a not fancy place from people of Guatemala, they checked and tooked the nail out, it was a small nail with a bigger head, I asked if I may have problem , they say not at all, How much, they told me 20$ You know, I felt uneasy, let you have your own conclusions, but a rapid Diagnostic saying a new Michelin is already lost and offer me a new one for 400? One week later no problem at all No more comments, but I dont go there anymore.
