  I was sent there by Geico. Mike the manager at my first visit was great, helpful and kind. I got a call to give me update on my car. When i was told it was ready, I went to pick it up and could not believe what I was looking at. My car looked worse than when I brought it in with damage. They don't have a sealed paint stall so when debris gets caught in the paint oh well. So now my car had sharp what felt like splinters, a clearcoat that had dripped and left tear trails and bubbles, then it was dull. I immediately pointed out the poor workmanship and also sent pictures to Geico. Mike said that he calls people on Thursdays for updates. Well It took them over a week no response, I had called on Wednesday in the morning leaving a VM, waiting til Friday with no response. I ended up just showing up to check on my car. I asked Mike why he had not called with an update, I was told after Geico closes the case and they finish the original repair they don't update. Several hours later my car was finished and was up to standard. That is why I give 3 stars.

  "Accidents Happen..." Of course, visiting a collision / auto body shop is not on anybody's list of fun things to do. It's not even on a list of necessary things to do. Most likely, you find yourself there due to an unwanted, ill-timed occurrence that's certain to be a financial and personal inconvenience. It becomes a huge relief knowing when your automobile is in fact in need of aesthetic body work, you're entrusting it to skillful, capable and reliable professionals. Even more so, it's reassuring to learn that despite all the automated, self-service tools put in place to make the ordeal "more convenient," it isn't always so and there are actual people who are able to provide you with proper, supportive customer service. Such was my own recent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. The unsightly remnants of some dolt with a case of motor mania and no manners - a dent, a scuff, some scratches - left my new, five month-old car in need of attention. Though this might've been a common job for them, it was a giant annoyance for me. So it certainly helped feeling like I was a priority and they were ready to accommodate me to get the job done efficiently. My insurance granted me the ease of facilitating everything I would need in order to prevail over my recent privation, doing the administrative legwork and all. However, the actual heavy lifting was done by the team at Gerber Collision. From Kara being my first point-of-contact, I deduced she handled the front-end of all business matters. Her polite, professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Thereafter, I received timely updates via my auto insurance app along with messages from the collision repair specialists at Gerber. Richie, Chris and Ishmael were the auto body experts who worked on my 2026 Honda Civic and it looks absolutely flawless... like nothing was done at all. Evident that proficiency and pride were carefully taken in restoring the damage that was done. This is exactly what you want from a collision / auto body repair shop: Masterful work, good communication, reliability and peace of mind. I hope I don't need them any time soon, but accidents happen. When they do, I recommend Gerber be your first call.

  This place has phenomenal service. Brought my truck in on the recommendation of my insurance adjuster after a fender bender. Every person I interacted with there was SO friendly and professional. My truck was done on time and returned to me immaculate (which I especially appreciated because that's not how I gave it to them LOL). They also notify Enterprise of a car rental return so I was able to just leave it at Gerber and save time. 100% positive experience!

  My experience was disappointing. Susana was rude over the phone and raised her voice when I had difficulty hearing her. It felt like I was being treated as if I were an inconvenience, which is not acceptable. Customer service should be patient and professional. As a result, I took my business elsewhere.
