  There was no line when we checked in at Melbourne (FL) airport. The guy who checked us in was just wonderful.. didnt rush. Nothing was a problem and offered us an upgrade to my dream car for and extra 14 bucks a day.. all in all a very good experience

  If I could give this company less than one star, I would. From the moment I picked up my rental vehicle, it was obvious that basic cleanliness standards had not been met. I immediately noticed several ants inside the car, and as my rental period continued, the problem only worsened. There was a constant presence of ants throughout the vehicle, along with crumbs and a foul odor that made the experience both unpleasant and unacceptable. What is even more disappointing than the condition of the vehicle is the way this issue has been handled. I contacted Enterprise multiple times seeking a reasonable resolution and was repeatedly told that the Melbourne branch manager would contact me. Despite these assurances, I never received a single call back. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. The only compensation offered was $40, which felt insulting considering the amount I paid for the rental and the condition in which the vehicle was provided. A customer should not have to spend their rental period dealing with insects, unsanitary conditions, and an unpleasant odor, only to be met with indifference when raising legitimate concerns. Enterprise has built a strong reputation, which is precisely why I chose to rent from them. Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company. The condition of the vehicle and the poor customer service I received fall far below the standards I expected. As a result of this experience, I will not be renting from Enterprise again, nor would I recommend them to others. Potential customers should be aware that the quality of both the vehicles and the customer service may not reflect the reputation the company promotes. Enterprise needs to do better—starting with properly maintaining and cleaning its vehicles and taking customer complaints seriously. June 23rd changes: As previously stated, I have contacted customer service several times and have not received a response. Your reply to my earlier message suggests that my complaint has not been properly read or addressed. I have a reference number and am requesting that the manager in Melbourne contact me directly so this issue can be resolved without further delay.

  From start to finish, it was a great experience. The gentleman at the front desk counter was absolutely amazing. The vehicle I got was unexpected and exactly what I needed. I was able to quickly get my vehicle and be on the road in less time than all the other competitors because, I have been with every other one and you have to stand in line at the counter forever for returns and for pick ups. With enterprise, I felt special. They had their own separate ticket counter from all the other companies away from all the other companies. They also had their own separate parking lot for returns and pick ups and it took less than five minutes to get my vehicle and the return flawless. I didn’t even have to go inside. I pulled up. I handed the gentleman my key and he said have a great day and that was it. I will never go with any other company again thank you enterprise for making my trip a special one. I am a mother of five and after having five children me time has not been an easy thing for me to find so thank you for making the one time I did some me time a special one.

  We had originally flown from New Jersey to Florida & planned to rent a car there for 1 week. Unfortunately, 3 days before we planned to fly home, my husband unexpectedly needed emergency eye surgery. With a gas bubble in his eye, we could not fly & had to drive home to NJ. With no car of our own, we needed to use the rental to get back home. After calling Enterprise several times, We were ultimately contacted by Stephen Goller who was so incredible in assisting us. He was kind and patient and his help was so appreciated during this stressful time for my husband and I. Throughout all of the uncertainty, Stephen was understanding, quick to assist and addressed all our questions and concerns. He helped us extend and adjust the rental multiple times while we figured things out. He helped us navigate everything with patience and compassion. His flexibility and efforts to help manage logistics several times meant a lot to us and Stephens kindness truly stood out. We truly appreciate everything he did to help get us home safely!!!!
