  **5/14/26 Update** Their customer service followed up with me and got everything addressed. Her name was Kimberly and she was very nice. I feel satisfied with my experience. **Original Post** When someone needs a rental car it’s probably because they are navigating either a disaster or a vacation. Both of which are financially stressful and draining. Having to come up with hundreds of dollars just to facilitate the mobility of the event that is being experienced is a hurdle that lingers. I guess it’s more like a fart. My husband and I were given a Mitsubishi Mirage for rental period of 5/8-5/11. During the initial inspection before rental my husband saw the check engine light was on. My husband told the agent the check engine light was on but the agent said not to worry about that. Still feeling concerned about the check engine light my husband followed up with a phone call to the corporate office. They wanted him to swap out the car in Orlando but that’s an hour away so the agent said that if we could just get it returned that day (5/10 aka Mother’s Day) to the local office they would credit back a day of rental cost to us. Upon returning my rental a day early I expected to received my deposit less a couple gallons of gas and a day of rental cost within 24 hours. Yesterday I saw the deposit release pending in my account but now it’s disappeared so I called Enterprise and was told I’ll need to wait for 3-5 days to see it in my account. That’s a long time and a lot of money to hold onto during a financially stressful event. Not feeling very supported by Enterprise. Thanks for more road blocks during my stressful event occurring during Mother’s Day weekend. Tell your staff to say “Happy Mother’s Day” to mothers on Mother’s Day.

  Matthew the branch manager and his team were very helpful and professional. I use this location for rentals I need for work trips, and I've never been disappointed. Will continue to come here for my rental needs, thank you you!!

  Matt and his assistant Tyler were awesome! I had a rental after my truck was rear-ended and there was a mix-up with the return date because the body shop called the wrong person. Matt and Tyler immediately waived the entire $150 extra charge once they heard what happened. Helpful, friendly, and made a stressful insurance situation easy. Highly recommend this location. Update: Shoutout to Salim as well for the followup confirmation and getting things squared away quickly and professionally. Much appreciated.

  Everyone was so helpful. Matthew Sheck, the branch manager and his entire crew were absolutely fantastic. I made an error on my end with some things and he helped me walk through everything that needed to be done. They also went above and beyond when I returned the vehicle to ensure I had a ride home. Everyone was great, super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone and if I need a rental again I will be back to this location. 5 stars!

  I rent a car about four or five times a year. I will not go anywhere else. Wanna know why? Because these guys get it. I had a great experience with Enterprise! I rented a Chrysler Pacifica and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed. The team at the counter was extremely polite and welcoming . . . they really made an effort to ensure everything went well and that I had a unique, positive experience with my rental. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be renting from them again! While you can’t believe everything you read in the internet . . . You can believe this.
