Very frustrating experience. I was refused a rental because I was paying with a debit card and couldn’t provide the specific bills they required for proof of address. My address appears on IRS mail, my vehicle registration, and my car insurance documents, but those weren’t sufficient. I understand requiring proof of identity and residency. What I find unreasonable is insisting on a utility bill when other official documents show the same address. Not everyone has utilities in their name. I left without a car. This policy needs more practical alternatives for customers who use debit cards, and the exact requirements should be made unmistakably clear before pickup.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Enterprise on US-1. The customer service here is top-notch, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. They got me into a clean, reliable vehicle quickly and made the botched rental process created by Enterprise in Palm Bay completely stress-free. If you want a smooth, professional experience, bypass the Palm Bay Road location and come straight to this US-1 team instead. Highly recommended!

A few months back my parents and I had to travel out of state. From start to finish Santhosh customer service skills were amazing! He was so understanding and answered all of our questions in detail. Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know and use Enterprise again.

This is the absolute worst place ever amongst customer service. If I could rate them below 1 star I would. I’ve been in contact with corporate over 6x now and been told I’d receive a call back, and even given a reference number to no prevail. Voicemails and emails have been left at this branch to no prevail as well. However, they keep charging my card with up to nearly $800 in fees taken out, and I don’t even have their vehicle!!! I have not been contacted to authorize/consent, and or given back my $50 refund. Let alone the fact that the vehicle was returned in better condition than I received it in as well as having over 150 miles more of fuel!

There is only one place I would EVER rent a car from and it is this Enterprise location! They are so efficient and courteous it is amazing. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, picking me up and giving me a ride home, just downright AWESOME!!! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The driver Bill was great fellow and patient with me. I give the 6 stars plus!!
