  Booked a reservation, took a $40 uber to get there , the location wouldn’t rent to me with my debit card because I have a out of state DL - I’m looking to move to Melbourne, called customer service. I spoke with Angel and he said his manager made an exception to help me and noted the reservation, I went inside and they said there was no note. I called customer service again and spoke with Keith and he said he reached out to the regional manager who would call me and help me out. I waited over a hour and no one ever called and left me hanging and stuck without any transportation - to say disappointing is a understatement and now after using enterprise for years I probably would never use them again since they couldn’t care enough to give you a call that was promised by Enterprise customer service.

  I dropped off a vehicle here after driving from another state. The process was very efficient and the gentleman helping me was very courteous. Best experience of any rental service I have used and will use Enterprise again.

  All employees were friendly and professional. I had booked a sedan but none were available so I chose a fairly new SUV which was fine. This location seems to focus on trucks, but passenger vehicles are available.

  I would give zero stars if possible. Worse customer service "I have had." I spoke with the Branch manager, K/Crystal and shes essentially mocked me while not providing any help as a customer looking for a vehicle that another enterpise employee told me was there on their lot. Krystal then told me the "vehicle wasn't ready and wouldn't be back until later, still not telling me what vehicle it was and just kept avoiding answering my question. DONT WASTER YOUR TIME. Go to any other location if possible.
