I just left Camping World after driving over 4 hours from Miami for an appointment that was confirmed the night before with Casey. I even messaged ahead to let her know I’d be arriving about 30 minutes late, only to find out when I got there that she was already helping someone else and told me to go wait inside the RV. The second I stepped inside, I realized the unit looked nothing like the photos. Everything felt significantly smaller, and there was an immediate musty odor. Within minutes, I noticed a large dark stain on the sofa. Looking closer, it was black mold — still wet. After lifting the cushion, there was even more mold underneath the entire sofa. Trying to find the source didn’t take long. Directly above was a sagging section of ceiling spanning roughly five feet, along with visible signs of water intrusion and damage throughout the RV. Because I suffer from pulmonary hypertension and COPD, I had to remove myself from the unit immediately. None of this damage or health concern was disclosed to me prior to making the trip. Between the condition of the RV, the misleading photos, and the lack of professionalism regarding the appointment, the entire experience was a complete waste of time. Buyers should be cautious and thoroughly inspect anything before making the drive.

Typical “car dealership” practices. They want customers to buy on first visit, and will attempt to keep you you there to make a rash-quick decision to buy immediately. Sales personnel are congenial and nice, but always hand off to finance manager type person to come in and be the AUTHORITY on your own credit union or bank and current and future economic situations, i.e. interest rates are never coming back down lower than today’s level. Buy today! Don’t wait to see because rates are going back up! My advice: wait. Don’t get pressured to buy today!

FROM WATER DAMAGE TO HIGHWAY DISASTER: Negligence & Extortion I would give Zero Star if I could! We brought our 2016 Panther 16RB to this location specifically to resolve critical water intrusion (soft spots) floor replacement and perform a "road-ready" inspection. After paying $6,000, we left with a trailer that was structurally unsound, mechanically dangerous, and more prone to flooding than when we arrived. THE CORE FAILURES: Failed Water Repairs: Despite being brought in for water intrusion, technicians left our shower drain completely disconnected and sliced into our toilet water line. The first time we used the water, it flooded the interior. The floor "repairs" were done with cheap particle board and are already sinking. Catastrophic Axle Failure: We paid for a "road-ready" inspection and axle service. On our first trip, the axle seized on a highway in Mississippi. Local mechanics confirmed the bearings had zero grease. We were stranded and forced to pay $750 for a specialized flatbed tow. Property Destruction: They hit our brand-new electric tongue jack with a forklift, chipped our sink, and left drill holes and torn faux leather throughout the interior and much more. The condition of our trailer was filthy and not how we gave it to them. Pictures reflect the condition upon bringing it to CW and during our horrible experience throughout the process. I have email, text, pictures and video to support my claims. UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT: General Manager Will Duquette avoided our emails for a month. When he finally responded, he attempted to extort a "General Release" (NDA) from us. He refused to reimburse our $750 towing fee—a direct result of his shop's negligence—unless we signed a document agreeing to stay silent about this experience. THE BOTTOM LINE: This shop is a danger to the RV community. They charge premium prices for incompetent work that endangers lives, then use legal "release forms" to silence customers when they fail. STAY AWAY. Your safety is not worth their negligence.

I took my brand new RV in after Uhaul told me the hitch was not working. The service manager said he could look at it,, So I dropped it off and went to run errands. Then I get a phone call telling me it’s probably gonna be around 150. So I approved that then I came back over and not only had he not done anything but after three hours he was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Said they would have to replace the harness which is three parts and cost about 60 bucks. And said that I owed him $150 for one hour of labor for diagnostics. I’m not about to pay that when it was not disclosed so I got in the RV and left. Then I went to Ferguson‘s trailer repair and the technician saw that the blue wire was not connected on the hitch. That’s why the brakes and blinkers didn’t work on the trailer. I wanted to rent from Uhaul to tow my car. And he said whoever just worked on your vehicle must’ve sorted out the fuse because you don’t have any headlights or blinkers. So I’d let Camping World know that and they still wanted to charge me 150 for absolutely nothing. I ended up fixing it myself watching YouTube and it took 10 minutes.
