  I have a rental from Alamo at Melbourne airport Florida, service and pick up was a breeze polite and friendly staff , after a few days the vehicle had a fault I promptly called the breakdown and service number spoke to a nice lady called Sarah who ask if I could get it back to pick up point or did I need a recovery and offered to get us an uber to pick up another vehicle but I got it back to pick up point, the staff at Alamo Melbourne airport could not be more helpful Justin and his manager were very helpful and gave me a new car and we were on our way within 20 mins brilliant can’t praise them enough.

  Melbourne Airport Alamo Customer Service was excellent during check-in and check-out. My only complaint would be how of the car I rented was classified. I requested mid-grade luxury. What was listed as potential example rentals - Audi A4 or BMW X5. “Luxury” cars typically have leather seating, upgraded sound, automatic seats, V6, etc. My options were a two-door Mini Cooper convertible or a Genesis SUV. I went with the mini Cooper convertible. In my opinion, a mini Cooper is neither luxury nor comfortable. Yes, it was gas-efficient and fun to drive! However, the car should be classified in a different way. Such as; “fun to drive” or “novelty” categorized. Cloth seats with a 4-cylinder just feel differently when driving. The rental car itself was in great. However, the issue lies in the way the car was advertised and the limited options available when I picked it up.
