- MLMike LewisJun 24, 20261.0No less than 3 of their customer service employees flat out lied to me. I just got it. My 1st calibration due July 2nd. Says so. 1 month from installation date.THEN Istarted getting warnings for lockout. Calibration in 4 days. 3 days. I called their fake customer service, 3 times. All said the same Just ignore those warnings. You have until July 2nd. I trusted them since it's my 1st time. WRONG. IDEA. The messages were accurate, & not I'm without a vehicle. I've already informed my attorney & PO I need this pos Equipment OUT of my car so I can find a reputable dealer. In the meantime im stuck no car & THEY REFUSED to pay for towing or anything. Their equipment is faulty. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I talked to the technician who'd be doing the calibration. His take? I been doing this a long time. Do NOT trust their service people. They make bonuses off the extra fees for restarts. Unbelievable, almost It cost me $400 to install. Then I had to make a $165 payment & 2 days later I'm locked out. Such BS

- MMMineMay 1, 20261.0I have had this device in my car since August I have bought 3 batteries,altananater,jumpbox,cables been stranded more times than I can count its literally a death trap my battery has went dead while driving I have a car that I can't go anywhere in I had lifesaver before should have stayed with them because this is literally killing me I am stuckevery where I go and I call and call to get hung up on everytime I call I am told to unhook the battery I am humiliated enough and broke from there constant charges for made up lockouts
