I haven't been here in a long time, however today upon my visit Jacob and Sean has totally earned my business! These 2 were friendly, fast, and took care of all my vehicle needs and explained everything they did today on my vehicle. If you are looking for friendly, fast, service. I recommend you give these guys a try. I will definitely be going back because of them.

I drove in for a much needed oil change. Tim greeted me in a professional manner and took my information accordingly. Jacob was assisting him with the process of changing my oil and checking my vehicle. Jacob was very professional as well. They didn’t try to sell me anything but did make some suggestions. I ended up getting a new air filter. It was the end of the evening and my filter wasn’t readily available. Tim contacted auto zone and informed me if they couldn’t deliver in a timely manner he would go get it for me. I had something scraping after I hit a huge hole in the road. A man named Jacob came up to show me the disaster under my car! My whole protective plate was damaged. He told me he would do his best to straighten it and get it to hold but that he highly stressed it was an important protective piece and that it should be replaced as soon as possible. I was extremely grateful for their service and their honesty. I was at the location for maybe a whole 20 minutes. If it wasn’t for the damaged plate I had I would have been out of there in 10-15 minutes. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the military discount they offer really helped keep the cost of my oil change and parts low. Most places only offer 10%, I believe I got 25%! My car requires the more expensive synthetic oil so my oil changes can become pricey quickly, especially because I put so many miles on my vehicle due to my commute. I highly recommend this place and these guys were great! I hope their employer gives them recognition.
