  The prices were not explained clearly. The prices are way over charged. The manager is most unprofessional and rude. Even hung up on me when I called to find out why my oil change went from $109 to $184. I would greatly appreciate a call from the regional manager over Marianna fl

  I am very disappointed with my recent visit to American LubeFast in Marianna on April 23, 2026. I came in because it was National Oil Change Day and the company was advertising up to 50% off a full-service oil change. I normally use the American LubeFast location in Dothan and have never been charged this much or had this type of experience. At the beginning of the service, the advisor started telling me that I needed an additional oil system cleaning because my oil was “so black.” I declined the extra service because my vehicle still had about 30% oil life remaining, and I did not feel the additional service was necessary. After I refused the upsell, I could tell the advisor seemed agitated. My bigger concern is that the invoice shows several full-service items marked as completed, but based on my experience, they were not actually performed. At other American LubeFast locations, they normally show the air filter, check tire pressure, check exterior lights and brake lights, and check windshield washer fluid. On this visit, those items were marked as completed, but I did not see them being done. I even had to ask for windshield washer fluid to be added. Additionally, I specifically requested Mobil 1 0W-20, but the invoice appears to show that I was charged for DMX Dexos instead. That is not what I requested. After the advertised 50% off full-service oil change promotion, I still paid $131.10, which seems excessive, especially considering the concerns with the service and the items that were marked completed but not performed. I am requesting that American LubeFast review this transaction and provide a fair reduction or refund of my charges. Overall, I left feeling pressured, overcharged, and not confident that I received the full-service oil change that was advertised.
