  Nick at JM Lexus made this car buying experience stellar! I actually had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle when I entered the beautiful atmosphere of JM Lexus everyone was so kind accommodating and the location is immaculately clean. After educating me on plenty of the vehicles’ features and allowing me to test drive the RX 350 2026 model, I instantaneously fell in love. Nick bought me to the desk where he figured out the numbers. This entire process from entering to closing took about 45 minutes and I was taking a photo with my beautiful bow on my vehicle as a happy early birthday gift thank you to Nick and JMLexus. This vehicle has so many safety features. It’s a smooth ride. The exterior paint and interior are to die for; everything you could ever need in a vehicle plus reliability and safety. You just cannot go wrong with Lexus. I chose JM Lexus.I would recommend this place time and time again. 💖✨✨✨✨✨

  This was my first time buying a car completely on my own, and I’m so glad I chose JM Lexus! From the inquiries, negotiating, reserving and ordering my car, to applying for financing, everything was handled through email. Being able to do everything from home made the process so convenient and stress-free. A huge thank you to my salesperson, Doniya Watson, for helping me every step of the way. She was always helpful, responsive, and made everything so easy. When my car was ready, I simply went to the dealership, test drove it, signed the paperwork, and drove home with my new car! I also love that JM Lexus has you work with just one person throughout the entire process instead of being passed around to different departments. Overall, such a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience.

  I honestly didn’t think I was going to buy a car that day. After not having a car payment in over 20 years, the thought of starting one again was a BIG decision. I had always said that if I ever bought another car, it would be a Lexus because of the reliability, quality, and longevity I’ve always associated with the brand. So I went to JM Lexus with the mindset of simply looking around. In my head, I was already prepared to say, “No thank you, I’m just looking,” if a salesperson approached me. 😂 Then I met Tracy. What stood out to me right away was that I never felt pressured, rushed, or like I was being “sold” something. Tracy was genuine, transparent, patient, and made both my son and me feel completely comfortable. At first, I honestly thought maybe it was just part of the job—but after multiple visits, I realized that’s genuinely who she is. I didn’t buy the car on my first visit. Or my second. But they say the third time’s a charm, right? 😊 And when I finally made the decision, Tracy was there every step of the way. Even when I felt discouraged during the process, she continued to follow up, check on me, and make sure I was okay. And she didn’t disappear after I drove off the lot—she followed up afterward too, which meant a lot to me. Buying a car after 20+ years is a BIG deal, and having someone you trust makes all the difference. Tracy, thank you for being exactly who you are. You made what I thought was going to be a stressful experience actually enjoyable.
