    JM Lexus is very firm on pricing and does not appear to negotiate. While they advertise that they do not charge dealer fees, I found their overall prices to be noticeably higher than those of several other dealerships in Southeast Florida. In my experience, the absence of dealer fees did not result in a better overall deal. Another drawback was the lack of a detailed deal worksheet. The dealership did not provide a detailed breakdown of the deal with the most important pricing information, only a simple printout that was not very helpful. I visited the dealership to gather information and compare pricing and inventory with other dealers before making a lease decision. Based on that experience, I recommend shopping around and comparing out-the-door lease prices before committing to a lease. One more important point: despite my two requests, JM Lexus refused to provide a detailed pricing worksheet. This lack of transparency throughout the deal was unacceptable and ultimately convinced me not to move forward.

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Alicia! She was originally my husband's salesperson, and after working with her, she became mine as well. I have now purchased two Lexus vehicles through her a TX 350 and an RX350 and each experience has been exceptional. Alicia truly listens to what you're looking for in a vehicle and takes the time to understand your needs rather than trying to sell you something that isn't the right fit. She is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and always follows up to make sure everything is going smoothly, even after the sale. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers are the reasons I continue to return to her. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Alicia makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who truly puts her customers first, I highly recommend asking for Alicia.     I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with JM Lexus has been extremely disappointing. I purchased my 2022 Lexus NX350 Certified Pre Owned only a few months ago because I specifically wanted the peace of mind that comes with buying a one owner, off lease Lexus CPO vehicle. I chose Lexus because of its reputation for quality, reliability, and customer care. I brought my vehicle to JM Lexus for what should have been a routine service visit and tire rotation. Within a few blocks of leaving the dealership, my vehicle began running poorly, lost power, and started producing an enormous amount of thick white smoke from the exhaust. Believing I was experiencing a major engine failure, I safely pulled over and shut the engine off to avoid causing further damage. I was stranded on the side of the road for approximately 25 minutes in the South Florida heat while waiting for assistance. When the dealership arrived, I specifically requested that the vehicle be towed because neither I nor the dealership knew what had caused the problem. Despite that request, the vehicle was later driven back to the dealership instead. I have video showing my vehicle being driven while continuing to emit a significant amount of white smoke. The attached screenshots are taken directly from that video and clearly show the JM Lexus dealership in the background. The following day, I was informed that the dealership had significantly overfilled the engine with oil. They corrected the oil level, replaced the oil and filter. They replaced the PCV valve only after my mechanic brother spoke to them. While I appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake and corrected the immediate problem, my biggest concern has always been the long term confidence I have in a vehicle that I intentionally purchased to avoid exactly this type of uncertainty. I made every effort to resolve this matter directly with the dealership before posting this review. I emailed the General Manager but never received a response. The only member of management I was able to speak with was the Service Manager. The Service Manager apologized and offered me a dealership service credit. I respectfully declined not because I was looking for more compensation, but because accepting a dealership service credit would require me to return to the same dealership that had already lost my confidence. My concern has never been about free maintenance or discounted services; it has been about restoring the peace of mind I expected when I purchased a Lexus Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a resolution that addressed those concerns. This review is not about seeking free services. It is about accountability, communication, and restoring the confidence that was lost due to a dealership service error. I sincerely hope JM Lexus and Lexus Corporate review this situation and work with me toward a resolution that reflects the level of customer care and professionalism I expected when I chose the Lexus brand.

    I had been searching for the perfect car for about 6 weeks. I couldn't find anything in my local area, so I expanded my search. I landed on JM Lexus and I'm glad I did. I called the phone number to let them know I wanted to buy the car in the listing and Danielle answered the phone. She was so polite and friendly and directed me to Doniya Watson. Doniya let me know that the buying process would be very straightforward and that she would hold the car for me with no deposit required. All I needed to do was to send her a screenshot of my flight. I flew from Mobile to Fort Lauderdale and arrived at the dealership less than an hour before closing time. Doniya greeted me promptly and showed me to her desk. She had all of the paperwork ready to go. All I had to do was put pen to paper. She explained everything thoroughly and walked me to my new car to give it a spin around the block. The car was meticulous. It was in brand new condition. I could find no fault with it in any way. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Jorge was also very helpful. He helped get my tag set up so that it would mail straight to me in Alabama. He also helped with some of the paperwork and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Some people think it's crazy to fly in to buy a car, but it's not crazy at all if you find what you want. I guarantee you, JM Lexus will have what you want...

    On June 9 I called in to inquire about a car I saw online. I received Doniya as my sales representative. From my very first encounter her customer service has been top tier. She has been patient with me throughout the entire process she answered all my questions an the ones she couldn’t answer because that wasn’t her field she went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed to make sure I was making the right decision. And to say I had a lot of questions as I am an out of state buyer, buying from Texas and the car was in Florida. I wanted to make sure I ticked all the boxes from maintenance, services, warranty, previous owners and inspections. She was very patient every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and you could tell she loves her job. I later flew in to see the car in which my flight was delayed an even though I got there late beyond her work hours, she stayed back to make sure the process went by smoothly. She handled all my paperwork despite the slight inconvenience. She was professional and sweet throughout the entire process. Although she wasn’t sure if I was a serious buyer as I was out of state inquiring I didn’t feel any less and that’s says a lot. This is my first Lexus and I am now a forever customer because of Doniya impeccable customer service. I will be referring her to all my military battles. Big up yourself Doniya keep up the good work. You’re a great representation of the brand Lexus. The best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you so much for helping me achieve my dream car. My car arrived in Texas. I couldn’t be more happier. 🥰
