  We had a wonderful experience with JM Lexus! Max Bayard, Sales Manager, was incredibly professional, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. Our previous vehicle had been totaled in an accident, and we were facing the possibility of my mother being left without transportation once we returned the rental car. Max went above and beyond by personally bringing the vehicle to my mother, ensuring she wouldn't have to go without a car. That level of consideration and customer service truly meant a lot to us. The paperwork and entire transaction went exceptionally smoothly, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy and convenient. We're very grateful to Max for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Max Bayard and JM Lexus to anyone looking for an outstanding car-buying experience!

  I am writing to share another exceptional experience at JM Lexus. Earlier today, I discovered a nail in my tire and called the service department for assistance. I spoke with Danny Nieves, who kindly instructed me to come in right away. Upon arrival, Danny and Luis provided outstanding care, resolving the issue and completing the service in less than an hour!! Exceptional customer service is incredibly important to me, and Danny and his team consistently deliver a premier experience. This is my fourth Lexus vehicle, and the superior care we always receive is the exact reason I refuse to go anywhere else. I am deeply grateful for their continued professionalism and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-tier service! Thank you Danny and Luis!! Great work! They care for their customers!!!

  I had an excellent experience working with Donovaughni at JM Lexus. From the very beginning, he was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Donovaughni arrived on time for our appointment and was very well-informed about the vehicle and all of its features. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all of the options available to us. He never rushed us and was patient in answering all of our questions. I purchased a 2026 Lexus ES Hybrid, and I truly appreciated how much time and attention Donovaughni gave us throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that he followed up with me after the sale to make sure I understood all of the vehicle’s functions and features. That level of customer service really stood out.   On September 6th, 2026 I went to JM Lexus and I had the very best overall buying experience of my entire life. I was greeted by Nicolas Callahan and to my surprise he gave me and my wife a complete explanation of the process and found out all our wants and needs for our new car. We checked his inventory and found that he had exactly what we wanted. Within a few minutes we both test drove the RX 350 and were amazed at the handling and power. We went back to his office and we were trading in our previous car which he had inspected before we left on our test drives. There was no wasting of time which made me very happy and impressed! We went through our financing options and made an easy decision to move forward with the purchase. Nickolas personality removed everything from our old car and transferred it all into our new vehicle! Nick also explained in detail all of the features of the new car when we finished our test drive. The experience was great and I would highly recommend Nickolas and JM Lexus to anyone looking for a fabulous car! There were really no surprises or issues that came up and I was impressed with his professionalism and care given to us. I’m a very happy and proud owner of a brand new RX350 and couldn’t be happier about the whole buying experience! Thank you Nick!
