- DEDonna EdmondJul 2, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with Enterprise. Every time I make a reservation, the vehicle I reserved is somehow not available when I arrive. A reservation should guarantee that a vehicle is ready, not leave customers scrambling for alternatives. On top of that, the customer service has been some of the worst I’ve experienced. Instead of offering solutions, the staff often seem unhelpful and dismissive. Advertising that customers can reserve specific vehicles, only to repeatedly say they’re unavailable upon arrival, feels like false advertising. I have given Enterprise multiple chances, but the same issues continue to happen. If you value your time and expect a company to honor its reservations, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I Comeback to the branch ask to speak with a manager. I sat down over 2 hours unable to talk to anyone. Comeback the next day. 1.5 hours. Same thing unable to talk to anyone. Someone is stealing and look like there is a cover. I may have to to legal action. It's not right. Hope someone will take my case before then.

The worst location on planet earth I had a reservation for 10am I was given the runaround all day and told to go there right before 6pm and they still could not provide a vehicle. Never waste your time here. Unprofessional and mindless operation!
