  I would like to leave a review for Manny the driver whom picked me up and Daniel the rental agent at the desk whom checked me in. they were both amazing.great customer service. and very helpful especially since I was having a bad day as it was. they were very warming and great customer service .I was waiting for a pick up for enterprise that didn't go smoothly and they made my day so much better by being thoughtful and making my process even smoother .they were both great at customer service. if it wasn't for them i wouldn't have left a grateful review .but they made my process great .so I have to leave this review I am big on customer service and whether its good or bad its important to make sure the companies know how thier business is run. and credit is earned where credit is due .so thank you so much for having these two gentlemen serving the best customer service. I truly value that .and they deserve a 10 star .if I could leave a 10 star so thank you enterprise for having these 2 gentlemen as part of your team they made my process so much better. Thank you Manny and Daniel for your wonderful service I always rent from enterprise and I hope I get your great hospitality when I need your business again.

  I told them I felt unsafe in the Mitsubishi mirage because it's pulling back when I make it to 40 miles per hour or 45, it's extremely difficult to make it to 20 miles per hour and traffic is going around me. They said they're only willing to put me in the same make and model and the one they want to put me on appears to be in worse shape.

  If anyone ever wants to rent a car whether for pleasure or business, you should rent it from this specific location based on the fact that the 2 managers who run this location, SR7 Margate, provide superior services and total comfort to their customers no matter where they travel in the U.S. Maurice & Jerry Thank you for the excellent help & support.

  I always come to this branch and it’s always a hour wait and their is 5 people always inside doing nothing I asked nicely how long because I had to go to work basically gave me the response your gonna be late sucks. Not professional at all it’s ridiculous, I gotta start going to the turtle creek branch Been coming here for years and it’s just keeps going down hill everytime

  I think this location stays in business because it’s the go-to place for your insurance/company to send you to, otherwise, I don’t know how else it would still be standing. I feel bad to be so harsh, because the associate that helped me was very professional as he was doing the best with what he had. All the while, another customer there the same time as me kept being brought cars in an unacceptable condition, and the associate was really trying his best to resolve it. However, I’ve rented from here more than once and it’s always a subpar experience that stems from poor management. There are quite a few small details I could get into, but the big one was that the car given to me had a notably soft, almost flat, tire that I had to point out. There were no other cars ready to go, in a completely full lot, so the tire was re-inflated. I asked if other tires should have air added, because I was going a long distance. I was assured that they were fine and something about the weather affecting the tires. On my return trip of my drive, I get a low tire pressure alert for a different tire while I am driving through a thunderstorm in no-name Florida. I quickly put in the closest enterprise in my GPS and fortunately they were able to get me into a new car. It worked out to my benefit because I got a cleaner, newer car anyway. Between the weather, rush hour, and stop, this extended my 4 hour drive to 5 when it could have been prevented completely.
