- KMkaren mendozaApr 29, 20261.0Terrible experience. I asked an employee for help and he told me to "ask the two gentlemen in the front" before walking off like helping customers was optional. Then he went to the back, started blasting loud music, and even answered a phone call in a rude, unprofessional way. The whole time he acted like he couldn't care less about anyone in the store. If you see this guy, don't even bother asking him for help—you'll just get ignored or brushed off. Management seriously needs to step in because this kind of behavior makes the entire place look bad. I won't be back.

This is already my third battery, and despite the label clearly showing “23,” which should still be under the three-year warranty, they claimed they couldn’t locate the receipt attached to the warranty number. They also said they couldn’t verify which battery was mine because all of them supposedly have the same serial number. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy a car battery from this place again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
