  I brought my car in on a Friday to replace a tire, get an oil change and have the coolant flushed and replaced. I just wanted an overall look at everything before a road trip. When I picked up my car Friday night it was overheating when I drove it home. When I called and tried to get the issue fixed I was told I’d have to wait until Tuesday. That in itself was ridiculous but we made one car work for the next 3 days. When I brought it in on Tuesday they realized they had not put nearly enough coolant and had to put at least a gallon more in and then charged me more money for their mistake! They insisted I pay or I wasn’t getting back my car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will definitely not be bringing my car back there again.

  The most friendly people the service is genuinely amazing the team and manager Yvette is Awsome if you need a tire or services they are the best in Marathon Florida again Yvette the manager went out of her way to assist us when we were getting no help from the rental car company we rented a car from and the team again was polite and fast thank you team great job

  On vacation in the Keys and had a flat tire on our rental. We were flying out the next day. I was worried we would not get a new tire in time. I called Tire Kingdom at 3:00pm and they told me they could get me a new tire that day. They were about 20 minutes from our hotel. The staff was FANTASTIC. They were courteous and very professional. Thank you guys so much for your service!

  The day before we were set to head back to Wisconsin from the Keys, we noticed our front tires had developed some serious cracking. We called around and were relieved to get in touch with Yvette, who was incredibly kind and understanding about our situation and the need to get home safely. She made sure we were taken care of first thing the next morning, which gave us real peace of mind for the drive back. We truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them!

  I had an excellent experience with Tire Kingdom in Marathon Florida from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both honest and reasonably priced, but they truly delivered on both. The team that the manager Yvette has in place was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. I initially brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a routine oil change and tire rotation service, but they went above and beyond by identifying an additional issue I wasn’t even aware of. Instead of turning it into a stressful upsell, Waldo walked me through the problem, explained why it mattered, and offered a fair, transparent solution. I really appreciated Waldo's honesty and attention to detail. Thank you to the team of TOP-NOTCH MECHANICS - Marcos, Vladimir & Brice (Brice came in on his day off !) : The work was done efficiently, the pricing was more than fair, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service in an atmosphere that is friendly, welcoming and genuinely friendly.
