  I came in when the store became busy and Ms Yvette handled the phone, the customers, and the employees with courtesy and a good nature. She made the wait pleasant. As a bonus she was funny!

  Just took my other vehicle in for a couple tires— it’s my go to place! Just got two and will be back next week for the other two. Staff, Yvette & other counter person were great and techs were informative; manny & second tech! Audi Q5

  Highly recommend for oil changes and tire rotations. I was able to book the appointment online with a fee tire rotation, just an hour before closing. The team there was super friendly, the service was fast and the price was reasonable.

  I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment, they confirmed. Drove down from islamorada due to them confirming my appointment to fix a nail sticking out of my tire. Show up and they say they can’t fix it today (Tuesday) and wouldn’t be able to fix it until Friday. Waste of time. Bad business. Why confirm my appointment and then why not even call to say you can’t fix. I would recommend going to muffler man.

  BOOO!!! TERRIBLE business and a waste of time! Drove an hour and a half for the front desk lady to tell me they didn’t have ANY idea of my appointment that I scheduled last week! She was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully Better Buy Muffler Break and Tires down the road let me do a walk in! Spend your money there instead! They are good, fast, and reasonably priced!
