  After spending 2 1/2 years at this marina we would like to thank all the staff for a great experience. The amenities at this marina are the best we’ve ever experienced.at Any marina. The staff was always as helpful as could be wonderful people. Thank you so much.

  We had a great stay at Safe Harbor Marathon. The location is excellent and the property is very well maintained. The pool area was one of our favorite parts, and the BBQ area with the shade blinds made it comfortable even during the hotter parts of the day. The bathrooms and showers were always very clean. The staff and overall atmosphere were friendly and welcoming. There’s also a laundry room, workout room, and lounge area available, although I believe some of those amenities may be for members only. Overall, it’s a clean, relaxing marina with great amenities and a convenient location in Marathon. We would definitely stay again.

  I have been in the boating, marina world for over 35 years......We all know when it comes to customer service the marine industry is not the gold standard. After 35 years I thought I had seen and experienced it all.....I recently had to have a haul out for some engine issues and I must say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced on all fronts in 35 years....I could give specific examples but it would be a very long note, from over charging, logistics accommodating my mechanics.....Instead I will summarize my last conversation with Dottie the manager.....After spending over three thousand dollars for haul out and dry storage for 30 days. In the end we were trying to get back in the water for a weather window.....only to be told by Dottie we will have to learn to work on their schedule not ours.....I was going to keep our boat there for the coming year and after this thirty day horror experience I have decided to move my boat to another Marina in Marathon.......

  We were in a bad way a couple years ago taking our new to us 58 ft Hatteras home from. Miami to Texas. Well broke down towed to marathon. No one had any humanity. It’s a shame too. It was our first experience put a bad taste. Anyone would have been kinder
