- RSRamsey SJun 12, 20261.0Rented one day one way and knew this was coming. They don’t bother to check their inventory and even though I dropped off early, they charged extra days. Cherry on top is waiting over a week since the car was returned to send the bill. (Perhaps so renter forgets to check?). Not happy to mentally keep looking for the bill and now to have to follow up due to their lack of performance. If you wanna make it right, give me a free Rental day since you’re making more work and cost for me due to your failures as well as likely over charging multiple customers that don’t catch it. :(
