  I came by to get my driver tail light fixed and the great people there helped me with no issues and a smile on their face!!! It was my first time here but because of the way they helped and we're so friendly I will be coming back for all my car needs!!! Thank yall for everything!!!!🥰😀🥰

  Do NOT take your automobile here for repairs! My finance took his truck to this place and after he spent $2k his truck its worse!!! All the repairs they did were with cheap auto zone parts that should not have been used!!! His entire front end is so messed up and everything has to be redone! Plus more!!! And the warranty he was supposed to have isn’t covering the work that has to be redone!!!! So he’s out the money he gave this place and now money for a whole new repair!!!! We’ll see u in court for what u did !!!!!

  Here’s a strong version you can post as a review: 1 star — if I could leave negative stars, I would. Tuffy’s in Lynn Haven put the wrong parts on my truck, and their work created a situation that could have caused a serious auto accident. They installed the wrong bearings and the wrong CV axles, and instead of fixing the problem and taking responsibility, they have not wanted to make it right. After their repairs, my truck was not operating correctly, and the issues kept getting worse. I later found out that the parts they used were incorrect for my vehicle, which led to more than $3,000 in damage. That is not a small mistake. That is negligence, poor workmanship, and a complete failure to do the job correctly the first time. What makes this even worse is that this was not just an inconvenience or some minor repair issue. Faulty bearings and incorrect CV axles directly affect the safety and drivability of a vehicle. I was put in a position where I was almost in an accident because of the work they performed. When you take your truck to a repair shop, you expect them to know what they are doing and to install the correct parts. That basic standard was clearly not met here. Instead of standing behind their work, owning the mistake, and making the situation right, I have been left dealing with the financial damage, stress, wasted time, and safety concerns caused by their errors. No customer should have to pay thousands of dollars because a repair shop used the wrong parts and then refused to properly resolve it. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about using this location to be extremely careful. Based on my experience, I do not trust their workmanship, I do not trust their judgment, and I do not trust them to take accountability when their mistakes cost a customer real money and put them at risk. If negative stars were possible, that’s what they would get from me. Here’s a sharper, more punchy version too if you want one that hits harder for Google: 1 star — would leave negative stars if I could.   Just had the best service at Tuffy in Lynn Haven! Went in for a leaking tire; not only did Ashley and staff provide fast & friendly service; they found an additional nail in a separate tire. What a great asset for Lynn Haven.
