  I always go to Tuffy’s when I have car troubles. It’s out of my way, but I make the drive because the customer service is the absolute best. A problem I find with a lot of mechanics is they have tendency to talk down to you, especially if you’re a woman. I have never had that problem at Tuffy’s. There’s no better car service in Bay County.

  I had a great experience here. Jacob provided outstanding customer service and he was very professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, efficient service and will definitely be coming back.

  After price calling about 6 different place tuffy had the best price and the best reviews so it's the place I went with to get my break pads changed. I saved about 100 dollars going with tuffy instead of tire kingdom and they took amazing care of me and my car. They are great people and I would definitely come again and again for anything my car needs!
