  The gentleman at the counter and the tech that worked on my truck were absolutely awesome. Friendly and informative. I didn't get their names, unfortunately, but they were great. I will definitely be back. Thanks fellas for a great experience.

  Tire kingdom is great they focus on what you tell them to and let you know if they can’t fix it. Great people James Russel and Steve whole staff wonderful be respectful to these guys.

  Fantastic buisness!!!! My mother had an emergency with her Dodge truck and James and his staff went out of the way to assist her. We have plans to leave tomorrow and they fixed her vehicle immediately. Not only were they courteous but very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this business enough. I will for certain use them again.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tire Kingdom in Lynn Haven. I went in for nothing more than an oil change and tire rotation. Within five minutes, I was told that my locking lug nut key "mysteriously" no longer fit my wheels. They asked where I purchased it, and after I told them, they said they would see what they could do and let me know. Then...nothing. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. There is an O'Reilly Auto Parts just a short walk away, but no one came to tell me I needed to get another key or discuss any options. Instead, after waiting all that time, they simply told me my vehicle was ready. They had changed the oil, but they never rotated the tires because they claimed the lug nut key didn't fit. When I asked about the $20 coupon I received through their email list, I was told it had already been applied. However, my total was still nearly $120, and the pricing didn't appear to reflect any discount. No one could explain it. What bothered me even more was the complete lack of customer service. I calmly explained that I wasn't trying to make anyone's day harder—I just wanted them to understand that the level of service had really gone downhill over my last few visits. The employee couldn't have cared less. His attitude made it clear that my concerns didn't matter. After paying and leaving, I checked the lug nut key myself. It still didn't fit. I arrived with what I believed was the correct key, and somehow left with one that doesn't fit my vehicle. I still don't know what happened. Then I noticed my windshield washer fluid hadn't even been topped off. I went back inside and asked about it since they advertise that they check all fluids. They admitted they hadn't done it, and someone actually started looking through a desk drawer as if they didn't even know where the washer fluid was kept. That made me wonder what else wasn't checked. At this point, I paid too much, waited too long, didn't get the tire rotation I came for, wasn't given any meaningful communication, and left questioning whether the service was even completed properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Tire Kingdom in Lynn Haven. If you value good customer service, communication, and confidence that your vehicle is being properly serviced, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
