  My wife and I came in today to have a tire replaced and an alignment and I was very impressed with how professional and courteous the staff was. They uncovered other greater issues and explained how the car parts worked and the importance of replacement in a way we could understand. Very respectful and knowledgeable folks there. Would go again.

  John and Jason were very helpful and kind i took my car in because it was making a noise and they were able to get to the bottom of the issue very quickly and was able to fix it I would definitely recommend coming to them for any car issues great customer service

  Exzavian was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process.   Best Tire place in Bay county, James knows his stuff and Russell is a Master of his craft. I barely had time to get out of my vehicle and they were already asking what I needed and before I could relax in the Nice AC in the breakroom they were already done. Thats AMAZING service.

  Beware of their company policy which is a not a legal requirement about not fixing tires that are over 5 years old for they will try to sell you a new tire instead that they do not even have in stock. After all of this I decided to remove my tire myself without any offered help from Tire Kingdom and get it taken care of somewhere else with help of a neighbor I called. After getting a new tire at a competitors store, a tire man at Tire Kingdom did help Jack up the car so I could put the new tire on which I was very grateful that someone did help out. The manager was trying to be helpful, but I cannot say the same about the other salesman. It was a bad experience which was a valuable lesson to always make sure you have a good spare tire and never go to Tire Kingdom for anything.
