I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom! The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. He got me taken care of and back on the road super quickly. I had my kids with me, so I really appreciated how fast and easy he made the whole experience. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and he definitely deserves recognition for it! I will absolutely keep this location in mind for future needs. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier! ⭐️

Cody and Jason were so professional and kind. Had an unexpected flat after the hurricane and needed a special order tire. They had it done quickly ahead of schedule, rotated tires, checked the tires and Cody took the time to check all my sensors just to make sure the car was really right before putting me back on the road. hard to find that level of Professional Care these days. I am grateful to have found them

i came to tire kingdom after being out of town in Mississippi when during the drive back to florida my passenger rear tire blew out while going 80 mph on the highway, which caused me to fish tail in to the metal guardrail causing my rim and tire to require replacement. i thought i got lucky and that was all that happened to the rear end/tires from hitting the rail, boy was i wrong, i was able to drive the car the rest of the way home but once home and driving around town my car started to sway back and forth but just the rear end of the car, it actually felt like my rear end was hydroplaning while my front tires where trying to drive straight. it was scary and very dangerous to drive it like it was and i had no idea what was happening or what i was gonna do to fix the problem so i could get back to driving safely. so i made an appt to have it checked out at my closest tire kingdom location, so i drive my car to tire kingdom in lynn haven florida and to my relief they got me in very quickly. the employee that was very helpful & knowledgeable name was jason, and jason was the best, i couldnt of asked for anyone better to be the one to help me with finding out my cars problem. He was very hands on and he definitely knows what hes doing, he even took the time to go over the problems that were visible and he explained in detail how & why & where in regards to my tire/car issues, which unfortunately was a lot more then i had a clue about, but at tire kingdom they made the whole process very comforting and informative and jason specifically helped me every step of the way, which i really appreciated and am thankful for. i will most definitely refer anybody having tire/driving issues to go to this tire kingdom. i will also from now on chose this tire kingdom for any issues i may have in the future. thank you jason , u were a huge help, you saved me alot of money and stress and its definitely appreciated. TO WHO EVER IS READING THIS REVIEW, GO TO THIS SHOP FOR YOUR TIRE NEEDS DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE , U WONT GET BETTER TREATMENT THEN YOU WILL AT TIRE KINGDOM , YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

We had a small problem with the battery on our vehicle which we popped in and asked Jason for help. He stopped what he was doing immediately and came out to the vehicle to look things over. Not only did he reassure us that everything was fixed he told us to come back if we had any issues. Despite there being no work done during this visit I can assure we will return to Jason at this location for future repairs! Customer service still matters and unlike other repair places it's definitely top priority here!

The service and treatment received at the Lynn Haven Tire Kingdom store was five star! I was approached immediately where the service advisor (Jason) and I discussed my issues and concerns. The vehicle was brought in within moments, the service completed, and I was back on the riad in a timespan far shorter than I imagined. In addition to the outstanding service and value, the shop itself was neat, tidy, and orderly, which not all shops can claim…. If you are looking for quick and reasonably priced service, I recommend this location! I myself will be returning as needs arise…
