  In 2023 I bought 4 Cooper tires. I was told they had 5yr warranty with not sure of mileage portion at this time. I went in the other day and was told that both fronts were separated and needed to be replaced. This is a warranty issue. The mileage doesn't matter because when I purchased the tires they wrote that the car had 335000 and the car currently has only 223000...so. I called corporate and was told the district manager would call. Never happened. I called a couple days later and was told that the warranty manager would call. Hasn't happened. This is not the way to run a business. I am ready to contact Cooper direct. I need this resolved. This is a manufacturer defect!!

  Took my truck in for a front end alignment and balance. The team got my truck in the bay within 30 minutes and 5 minutes later came to get me to show me what they found. A cracked lower control arm bracket that needed to be repaired before they would be willing to do the alignment. They didn’t charge me anything and even suggested a collision shop to do the work. Would highly recommend this location for their professionalism and customer care.

  Had a nail in my tire that turned a normal day into an unexpected pit stop. Thankfully, Joseph and Exzavian came to the rescue. They helped me get a new tire installed in what felt like record-breaking time. Seriously, I barely had enough time to get comfortable before they had me back on the road. Their professionalism, efficiency, and great customer service made the entire process stress-free. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one of the quickest and easiest service visits I've had. I'm incredibly thankful for their help and the outstanding service. If you need tire work done, Joseph and Exzavian are who to see!

  I can’t say enough good things about the Tire Kingdom in Lynn Haven! I purchased 4 new tires here back in March 2024, and the experience was excellent from the very beginning. What has impressed me even more is the service I’ve continued to receive ever since. Over the past two years, I’ve had a flat tire, a nail in one of my tires, and most recently a tire rotation and balance. Every single time I’ve come in, the staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to take care of me. They explain everything clearly, never make me feel pressured, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. It’s rare to find a business that delivers great service not just once, but consistently over the years. That’s exactly what I’ve experienced here. Thank you to the entire team for always taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!
