  Autozones first line of their company pledge is they "Put customers first". The second line in their value statement is to "Be good to people". My experience with this store differs greatly from these statements. On April 24th, the fuel pump went out on my truck on Hwy 77 between the Autozone and business next them. I managed to get it a foot off of the highway but partially blocking the entrance of the business next door. I contacted a friend to pull me off of the highway and to a safe place where it wouldn't be a hazard to people on the highway or people pulling out of Autozone as I was blocking the line of sight for customers leaving Autozone. When my friend arrived, he had left his tow straps so I went to Autozone and purchased one. While making the purchase I explained the situation and asked if I could leave my vehicle in the parking lot if we were not able to get it running. It was 10 minutes till closing and the gentleman at the counter said it wouldn't be a problem. Once the fuel pump was determined to be the problem and it couldn't be fixed in Autozone parking lot, I left my vehicle there and returned the next morning to grab some items for work. This was on April 25th at 830 am. While there, I entered the store and spoke to the person at the counter about the situation. I mentioned I would be back ASAP to tow the vehicle to my home which is less than a half mile away. Once again I was told " no problem ". One attendant even said it was fine "as long as I didn't leave it there for 2 weeks". When I returned at 530 am Sat the 26th my vehicle was gone. I contacted the store once it opened and of course, nobody knew anything. I located my vehicle at a local towing company and was told Autozone called at 4:45 pm the day before saying my vehicle was abandoned. So only 8 hours after I spoke with an associate my vehicle was towed. My vehicle was in the parking lot for less than 48 hours total. So rather than me purchasing a fuel pump from this store, this Autozone cost me $700 by the time I was able to retrieve my vehicle from the tow yard. So thank you to Autozone of Lynn Haven! You really put customers first. But most of all, you have no idea what being good to people means.

  Some of the men need to do better. I went in to get an engine air filter for my car, the gentleman didn't listen to me when I questioned what he gave me. I told him I was pretty sure he gave me the wrong thing. He was dismissive and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Well, it was definitely wrong and I have returned today to get the correct item along with a few others. Kate was awesome and got me all the correct things I needed. If you need assistance, Kate is the go-to. Thanks a million Kate!!
