  I usually come here for oil changes and have always had a great experience — the team here is normally very professional and fast. Unfortunately, today wasn’t the case. I happened to catch a different crew, and on a day I was in a bit of a hurry, which made it worse. Everyone seemed to be moving very slowly and almost annoyed to be there. The location itself is great, which is why I keep coming back, but today’s team felt unprofessional compared to my usual visits here. Hoping this was just an off day and not the new normal.

  Antonio was absolutely wonderful! He was very helpful, patient, and positive throughout the entire experience. He had a great attitude and genuinely made me feel like he wanted to help.   Service representative Kenneth was very kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. He even went to another location to get my specific oil filter for my European car. Kenneth was very respectful and informative during every step of the oil change and made my visit very comfortable and non-stressful. Valvoline Instant Oil Change Wesley Chapel also gave me my military discount on the total oil change. I felt appreciated and respected as a customer here. Thank you very much for your service and help today. Jacob was also helping during the process and was great and informative. Kenneth deserves the recognition for his work and customer service. I definitely would recommend this location for any service needed for your automobile.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I would go to Valvoline over Take 5 anyyyyday of the week. The level of service & care is exceptional, and they actually take their time while being fast and efficient. Antonio and Nabeel did my oil change great with no problems. Both are great at customer service as well! Highly recommend!

  They gave me a leaky oil filter and 1 month later my Jeep started to turn off while driving. I filed a claim and sent the bill charging me $289. For a new oil change and oil leak cleaning of the undercarriage from the emergency mechanic along with a video and the Manager Cristian refused to pay, stating i should have taken it back to him (even though the vehicle turned off 3x trying to get to the closest mechanic)! Mind you i took it straight back to Valvoline after the repair and it was closed. He only refunded his original bill of $69. Very poor customer service that almost resulted in the loss of my vehicle!! I do not recommend this location!
