  I did not have the confidence in this crew at this location. They were about to make mistakes that, fortunately, I was able to stop them from doing. Also, I believe texted discount coupon was not applied properly and I was cheated. It was a "20% OFF Entire Invoice" and it was limited to an overpriced air filter only. I've already written your customer service department about thisr issue and have not even gotten an acknowledgement!

  I had a really good experience at this Valvoline. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process quick and easy. I appreciated that they explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. The staff seemed like they actually cared about doing a good job.

  Mike and Mayvis were awesome. There were two other techs as well but didn’t catch their names. Their comedic banter made for a fun vibe and they had us in and out super fast!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Back in December 2025, one of their technicians failed to properly secure my skid plate after an oil change. I had gone in before work, and by the time I arrived at work in Tampa, my skid plate was dragging and hanging off my vehicle. I called their call center and was advised to return to the location so they could put the screws back in. I did so the same day, and they reattached it. Unfortunately, I gave them another chance in March 2026, and the exact same thing happened. Once again, the technician failed to properly secure the skid plate screws. I had to drive from Tampa back to Lutz after work with my skid plate hanging underneath my vehicle. When I arrived at the shop, I was told the skid plate had been damaged and would need to be replaced due to their negligence. It has now been over five months of calling back and forth trying to get this resolved. I have been given multiple different explanations: first, I was told they would order the replacement; then I was told the claim was under investigation; eventually, I was told my claim was denied because their technician was not considered at fault. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. Every time I called, I received a different story, and management either failed to return my calls or did not answer them at all. After everything I have experienced, I would never trust this company with my vehicle again. When their technicians make mistakes that result in damage, they should take responsibility and make it right. This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive service company. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere that actually stands behind its work.
