  Orlando, Braxton and Ryan went above and beyond helping me fix the skid plate on my daughter’s car when it snapped while driving down the road. Highly recommend! Great customer service!

  I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t communicate with me another than directing me to turn on lights/blinkers, etc. My first visit was much better with explaining the process. Also, the mileage between oil changes changed since my first visit. It went from 6,000 miles using full synthetic to 3,000 using full synthetic . I didn’t catch it until I got home, pulled the oil Change reminder sticker off the receipt paperwork and applied the sticker to my car. Why did it change?

  Getting an oil change with an emailed coupon that said for $25. Dollars off but service manager said he could only take off $20 because his system won’t let him take off more - even though I showed him my emailed coupon for this location- is this False advertisement??? You tell me - did not appreciate that they were inflexible to accommodate my request even though I had proof - 🧐😑🫥 will I return here ?????

  Ugh!!! I NEVER leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in my experience today. Before I even get started, Orlando was very kind and honestly was the only highlight of this visit. I’ve been going to valvoline for oil changes for years!! I use to live in south jersey before moving to the Wesley chapel FL area, and ever since I got my car I’ve been going to them. I’ve never had any issues, so needless to say they’ve been the only company I go to for oil changes!! I went in today for an oil change, and was there for a long time ( I have to say probably almost 40 minutes) definitely not 15. #1) The mechanic who was working on my car underneath took off my skid plate without asking me if that was okay. #2) When the other mechanic brought it over to me he barely explained what it was, what it does, etc. he simply said “ it wasn’t important” and that I can leave it off or they can put it back on. Which I replied back to him that I’d like it put back on #3) When the mechanic went to the original mechanic who was underneath my car and told him I’d like it put back on, he immediately got attitude and hostile and told the guy it can’t go back on because it’s too “damaged” #4) Orlando was working on another vehicle and ran over and told the guy that they must put it back on and that this is “bad for business” and a bunch of other things. Obviously hearing that what they did to my car was “bad for business” made me feel discouraged and frustrated. #5) Orlando went down there himself ( after the other guy went away) and did put the part back on. Needless to say, YES that part got put back on my car, however this type of thing shouldn’t be happening, when I only went in there for a simple “15 minute” oil change. I went back and talked to Orlando who apologized and told me to file a claim with support services if I wanted too, which I did do. I did this not to call Orlando out ( again he was great) but the other employees who failed to inform me of the part they were taking out, and when they did take it out they complained that I wanted it put back on and made a scene about it. It’s not professional to take something off of someone’s car without permission, and then complain when they want it put back on. Im writing this review to hopefully help the employees realize that this isn’t okay behavior, and to hopefully help future customers understand that this isn’t okay either and to stick up for themselves. I will not be returning back to this valvoline because I don’t feel comfortable with them handling my vehicle anymore.
