- JGJonathan Guo3 days ago1.0Booked for a brake change and oil change at 10am a day in advance, ended up leaving around 2:30pm. It took 4 hours and 30 minutes, lady at the front was very polite and helpful but every 15 more minutes turned into hours. They are not honest about how long service takes. I drove my car about 1 block before having to come back since apparently they couldn’t hear the sound the car was making on the test drive, they missed up the backing plate when installing the tire. Would not recommend coming here if you want fast service even if you have a reservation. Definitely not coming back considering the price and time wasted. Only saving grace is the polite lady at the register.

Armando, the manager, has been there for years and truly stands out—he remembers us, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never tries to upsell unnecessary services, which we really appreciate. Today, Tyler helped us and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth—we were in and out in less than an hour. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable, which makes a big difference. We’ll definitely continue coming here, and we always recommend this shop to friends whenever they need work done on their car. Highly recommend!
