  Always have a great experience at this Tire Kingdom! Usually work with Armando who’s fantastic but he was out and Tyler took great care of us! Communicated throughout the process and was super helpful!

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. Not only was their tire replacement quote about $100 less than Tire Plus, but what really impressed me was their honesty. I came in for my appointment expecting to replace a tire because it had a nail in it. The gentleman at the front took the time to pull out the nail, inspect the tire, and let me know that it didn’t actually need to be replaced. Instead of selling me something I didn’t need, he saved me money. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty over making an extra sale. I’ll definitely be returning for future tire and automotive needs. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been coming to Tire Kingdom on Brinson Rd in Lutz for over a decade, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every time. Tyler, Julia, and Armando are always very friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. I never have any anxiety about getting ripped off because they always give an honest opinion and treat me with respect. Their above and beyond service keeps me coming back, and I truly appreciate the consistency and care they show every visit. Tire Kingdom has earned my trust year after year.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Tire Kingdom, and I think customers deserve to know exactly how their tire warranty system works before spending money here. Apparently, unless you pay extra for their extended tire warranty, you basically have NO real protection whatsoever if something happens to your tires shortly after purchase. I found out the hard way that buying tires here does not mean the company will stand behind the product unless you purchase additional coverage on top of what you already paid. What bothers me most is that many customers naturally assume that when buying brand new tires from a major tire company, there is at least some reasonable level of support if there is an issue. That was definitely not my experience. My recommendation? Go to Costco instead. They actually take care of their customers and stand behind the tires they sell. In my experience, Costco has been far more customer-friendly and willing to help without playing these extra warranty games or forcing you into additional add-ons just to get basic peace of mind. A tire shop should stand behind the products they sell. Unfortunately, Tire Kingdom seems more interested in selling extra protection plans than actually supporting customers after the sale. Buyers beware.

  I want to commend two tire kingdom employees who have provided outstanding service to me. I have been using tire kingdom off and on since 1984 I made the mistake of using the dealership instead of tire kingdom for a few things. The service manager, Armando Alicea Who works at the store at 2127 Brinson Rd. Lutz FL. Armando is the most knowledgeable Automotive technician I’ve ever met! My field of work is in psychology, so I am qualified to say that Armando possesses impeccable honesty, and truly cares for customers and above all possesses INTEGRITY!! Tire kingdom should be very proud to have him as their leader at the store! The assistant manager, Julia Hunter is a very skilled Automotive technician herself and is looked up to by her coworkers. Julia is friendly, very trustworthy and also most importantly a person with exceptional principles, and morals. Tire kingdom should also be very proud to have Julia. The Mechanic that worked on my car and also my daughter’s was top-notch. This review Is being posted by me, but foremost Represents my father. Dr. John Gullo
