  I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Nissan Z. Unfortunately for myself, a nail was found in the front passenger tire. I purchased a new tire off of Tire Rack because their price for the same tire is 1. unreasonable and 2. not available in store. I brought my brand new vehicle to have this tire installed on the day of this review. I will say, this location got me in and out. However, quick jobs result in sloppy results. I picked up my brand new vehicle roughly 1-2 hours afterwards. As an individual who holds all of their vehicles near and dear to their heart, the first thing I did was check the work that was done. No surprise to me, there are blemishes that can be found on the rim, as well as, a long scratch the goes around the face of the rim in a perfect circle caused by their machine, that was not there prior to dropping my vehicle off. As somebody who builds their cars and always replaces their wheels and tires with an aftermarket set, I like to keep the stock wheels and tires stored safely away in my garage for the purpose of having them in my possession if I were to sell the vehicle. Damages, no matter how big or small, in the market of this vehicle will impact its value. I will add that, to my fault, I gave this location a second attempt. Months ago, before taking ownership of this brand new Nissan Z, I was a proud owner of a Subaru WRX, in which (similar scenario) I needed to replace one tire. Upon pickup, this time with aftermarket rims, there was also minor damage to the face of the wheel. I am a firm believer that nobody should ever purchase anything of value if they do not care about the condition of or care about keeping their items in as perfect condition as possible. I do understand, as a human, that mistakes can be made. With mistakes come apologies, which in many cases, can solve issues such as these. After speaking to a manager over the phone, I was relayed excuses and made to take the blame as my brand new vehicle’s rims with under 2,500 miles “have road rash” when none of the other wheels have any blemishes. This location has great reviews, meaning this review likely will not have an impact. However, for those who know every detail about their vehicles condition like I do, I would recommend to stay away. UPDATE: The following day: my tire pressure sensor does NOT work anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THEIR TECHS.

  A few weeks ago, I dropped off my fleet vehicle for brake repairs and was given a replacement company car to use in the meantime. Two days later, that replacement vehicle suffered a punctured tire, which required an after-hours repair so I could continue working the next day. Dianne, from Store #1264 in Lutz, told me she would stay late to assist with my arrival. At 6:30 PM, she greeted me outside alongside Phillip. She immediately contacted our fleet management company while Phillip worked on lowering the spare tire—which initially wouldn't unhook—and eventually replaced it. Dianne encountered several issues with the fleet company, but she persistently provided additional information until they approved the replacement. Both Dianne and Phillip were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Neither once glanced at their watches, despite it being well past closing time. This was customer service at its absolute best. The job was completed, I left with a smile, and a deep sense of gratitude. They represented both the store and the corporation exceptionally well. Days later, when I returned to pick up my original vehicle and swap back, Dianne was there again—greeting me outside with my keys already in hand. How can you not love her?

  Diane the front person lady was extremely helpful and polite. She got me in before the place closed and I was out in 20 min. Thoroughly recommend this place

  The assistant manager. I forget her name but she was a bond. Was very helpful. I had a flat tire. She got somebody to take my car right in put a plug in the tire and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I recommend this place to everybody

  I had a nail in my tire and I needed to get in quickly. I accidentally called the wrong TireChoice but I'm glad I did. I ended up going to the location out by Sunlake.. I was treated with respect. I was shown where the damage was and I was not pressured into services that I did not need. I will definitely be going there again. It is worth the drive for me.
