  Great team here had just gotten off of work from my school was on my way to another one to pick up my son when my tire was almost completely flat when I got in my jeep luckily I got to make it to Mavis and they were incredibly friendly and gracious fixed my tire right up.

  Have been here twice since they opened, both times service was quick and efficient, communication was constant, and worked performed was exactly what my vehicle needed. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area!

  I went today to get my tire patch done with my mom, Lourdes, and the whole experience was 20/10!!! Absolutely amazing staff, specially Christian at the front desk who was extremely kind to us explaining the process and the timeline of it. He was very attentive, communicative, and kind to us. We were able to get our service done very fast!!! Will definitely be coming back as this place not only does a good job but also has stellar customer service !!

  I came to this location after having my brakes and rotors done incorrectly at another Mavis location. Dan was amazing! He has years of experience, he's very knowledgeable and he cares! He found the problem, and redid the job properly! Christian at the front desk, the assistant manager and everybody there was also wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I really appreciate them for taking my concerns seriously, and making sure my car was taken care of correctly. Highly recommend this location!

  If you’re looking for a place that will not rip you off and that has exceptional customer service please go check out Christian. He is absolutely a pleasure to work with as well as very professional. This is the first shop that did not try to rip me off. I am new to Tampa area so I definitely found my new tire shop and my new tire husband. Their service was very quick and professional, and I will certainly be back.
