  Called the store on sr-54 and asked if they had a pilot bearing puller I could rent. Guy said YES!. So I drive a half hour in the opposite direction I need to go to get it. I get there and they DO NOT RENT pilot bearing removers. So my half hour drive to the store took 2 hours after backtracking. It be nice if you could sue corporate for lying to customers and wasting their Saturday. I will just boycott autozone and spreads the news on how patheticly trained their staff is.

  I stopped in on a whim because I needed new wiper blades and had such a nice experience with Tony. He was with another customer when I walked in but still took the time to greet me. When he finished with the person he was helping he checked in with me to see if I needed assistance. I had already gotten what I needed so we met up at the register so I could pay. He offered to change the blades out for me, which I really appreciated. I selected the wrong size for one of the blades and he was so kind about it. He just refunded it and swapped it out for the correct one. He really made my day better with his kindness. I would definitely recommend this location based on this experience.

  Recently had my car battery discharge after being away for 2 weeks. Andrew, the manager, did a great job of helping find and address the problem - free of charge. Now that's service!

  Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Tony in specific. Tony took the time out of his day to quickly replace a headlight for me when I was unsure about replacing it myself. Extremely helpful, quick and professional. I would recommend this advance auto parts (Tony) to anyone needing help/having questions with any automotive situation.
