- BABob Archie1 day ago5.0I checked with CarMax, Carvana, and WeBuyAnyCar to sell our Lexus with the same information at all 3 places. WBAC was the best price and easy to deal with on line and in person. James was very personable and professional. They even provided an Uber back to our home when the deal was completed. Highly recommend WBAC and will use them again if we sell our next car.

He said he couldn't find my quote and would have to run a different quote which surprise surprise came out to $1000 less than the quote. Prices DO NOT fluctuate that much on used cars unless its a scam - like this place! THEY DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Driver arrived and was giving me the run around and went back and forth with rep about “dealing with me” since the rep did not want to address me. The driver proceeds to give me a number of a “different company” and it turns out it’s the same company. I had to wait over an hour to receive an offer almost 300 dollars less. Super unprofessional.
