  These guys do an excellent job! Very efficient. Very informative. They will try to upsell you on everything from filters to wipers. Be careful what you agree to.

  Great first experience! My son recommended them to me and they are literally around the corner from us. But saying that, great customer service and being efficient are also incredibly important to me. They were exactly that, and I appreciated their professionalism. They all worked in sync as a team. Great job, guys! I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

  After years of being a loyal Valvoline customer, I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience. During a visit for an A/C concern, I was advised to purchase an expensive service since my Freon was low. After seeking opinions from multiple independent mechanics, I was informed that the service was unnecessary and that the diagnosis provided by Valvoline was inaccurate. What was most concerning was that, after agreeing to the service, there was no improvement whatsoever in my vehicle's A/C performance. When I returned just a few hours later to discuss the issue and request a refund, I was denied. Instead, I was told there had been a "miscommunication" and was offered only an apology. I also requested to speak with management but was informed that both the Store Manager and Area Manager were on vacation and that contacting them would be a "no-go." I found this response unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. I have since opened a case with Valvoline Customer Care and was advised that an investigation is required before any resolution can be considered. I am hopeful that the company will thoroughly review the situation and take appropriate action. I am sharing this experience so other customers can make informed decisions. Over the years, I have trusted Valvoline for all of my routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, cabin air filter replacements, windshield wiper replacements, and battery services. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
