  I had a great experience here. First they offer you a cold water. And then they ask you what services you want done. They do all the checks on the blinkers and the headlights and the break lights. It only took 10 minutes and I also like the fact that they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future oil changes. I used to go to Valvoline, but I did not like how they tried to pressure you into buying or replacing stuff that you don't need.

  This was our first time to get our oil changed here...the gentlemen that did our service were courteous..very pleasant to talk with .answered any questions we had an told us everything they were doing BEFORE they did it. My husband an I can't say enough about the service we got at this place of business. Wish there was room for 10 stars 👍👍

  Currently getting my oil change as we speak & I just couldn’t help but share how wonderful Isiah is, kind, educating & quick. What more can a girl ask for getting her oil changed! I definitely recommend as someone that is a young female not knowing who to trust, this is a great place-didn’t feel like they were trying to push for different things on car to get done (which I very much appreciate, yes some people really ONLY do need oil changes lol) & for the first time in awhile did not dread having to get my oil changed thank you so much Isiah :) & thank you Stricklands brothers

  from the moment I arrived they made me feel like a valuable customer. Justin the greeter grabbed a water for me on his way to my car. He had a big smile and apologized for a 10 minute Wait until my turn. Within a few minutes it was my turn he escorted me in and explained what was offered. Before I even told him which blend I wanted , Benjamin had me pop the hood and was under my car draining the oil. They were super fast and very friendly. Will definitely return to this high class our change location.

  Received a coupon in the mail for a $64.99 full synthetic oil change and decided to stop by. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After arriving, they started working on my car right away. I handed over the coupon, but no one mentioned that my vehicle required a type of oil not covered by the promotion. Only after they had already drained the oil did they tell me the total would actually be $101. At that point, I didn’t really have a choice. I understand that some vehicles require different oil and may cost more—but that should be clearly explained before any work begins, not after the fact. The lack of transparency made this feel like the proverbial bait and switch. Ask for the full out-the-door price upfront before they start. Personally, I’ll be going back to Walmart were you get a full synthetic Mobil 1 under $60 out the door.
