I went there today after seeing all the reviews and they are 100% correct. These guys are highly skilled and honest workers. They had me in and out in a reasonable time and the price was exceptional. The dealership was gonna charge me Hundreds of dollars more for the same job. Found my main mechanic.

Excellent service. I felt they were honest, straight forward and they found the issues (evap leak) that 3 other shops couldn’t (yet charged me for giving it a go). Chris made me aware of other upcoming issues, but made no effort to upsell me. Just good, honest information Their pricing was reasonable . I will be using them again.

Went in for an oil change on my new car. I have silver rock warranty but I wasn’t too educated on it, Chris was amazing! Very kind & helpful. Great phone etiquette! The whole process went smoothly. They offer water/coffee while you wait as well. Had a great experience. This was my first time here & but certainly won’t be my last. **Highly recommend this place ** Thank you all so much 🫶🏼

These Folks do a great job. I initially brought my trailblazer in for an inspection so I could establish a baseline on its condition. These folks did a comprehensive inspection and gave me an itemized report of the issues that I needed addressed. I am very pleased with their service and the work that they have done on my blazer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any sort of car Service.

I am giving Joes Automotive Repair in longwood Fl 5 stars. I want to shout them out because they do truthful business and don't try to sell you something you don't really need like I had at a previous shop in longwood. I worked with Chris and he was very polite, explained things well, and only told me the things I needed to know. I did have to wait a little while on a specific part for my AC but that was out of their control due to shipping. The part arrived and because of a small error or diagnostic misread they covered the costs for an extra part and labor needed for my vehicle. That is honesty! Not a lot of shops do that! That is a huge win for the local community to have a reliable resourceful mechanic. If they ever make a mistake they come and fix it! I did have to bring my car back a couple times after I got my AC fixed due to some switches malfunctioning but mind you my car is an old 2013 and its a Hyundai. However these guys here made sure no matter what do go the extra mile and help to wherever means necessary. I will be returning here in the future this will now be my future mechanic. These gentlemen genuinely care..
