  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Deserve ZERO stars. Three reps, two sitting around chatting while one is running around taking care of 8+ customers. Unprofessional. Vehicle unclean. Asked for different vehicle, was told to go to a different enterprise to switch out vehicles.

  O’Neal was a rock star. He was so kind. We came in on a busy Saturday to ask questions, knowing our car was going into the shop Monday morning first thing. Monday was going to be tight as I had a meeting but we had to get a car planned. My partner was especially concerned about getting a car similar to ours, so we wouldn’t have trouble and could drive it well. He went out of his way to give us a perfect car in excellent condition, personally ensuring we got it quickly so we could be on our way and I would be on time for my meeting. He even helped us with the radio and CarPlay app! He is an Angel and I will never forget how he went out of his way for us!! This is hands down the best service I have ever received at any car rental company and we will be back next time. Thank you to O’Neal and whoever hired him. He is a gem.

  My experience with Expertise was amazing! Roscoe Davis was the rep who brought me back to my car. I called ahead to let them know that I was going to be dropping off this gorgeous Jeep because my time was up in it. He said he'd be ready to go when I got there and he was! He took me immediately to get my car and we had a wonderful conversation. I think having employees like Roscoe make a big difference and I will definitely be back to rent a car with Enterprise. In fact, this is not my first car rental with Enterprise, in the past I've rented with Enterprise and said I would never rent from them again many years ago. I'm glad I gave them another chance.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise about eight times now, and every single experience has been excellent. The entire staff at this location is unbelievable—always professional, friendly, respectful, and ready to help. Their customer service is truly top-notch. They make the rental process easy, smooth, and stress-free every time I come in. It’s hard to find a business where the whole team consistently makes you feel welcomed and appreciated, but this Enterprise location does exactly that. There’s a reason I continue to rent from them. When I need a rental car, Enterprise is always my first choice. Huge thank you to the entire staff for always taking great care of me. Definitely a 5-star experience every time! Highly recommended!
