  I have emailed, chatted, and called customer service over TEN times. No one will call me back. The manager of this location refuses to honor our reservation and threw us out of the building. We were stranded on the side of the road. CALL US PLEASE

  They, were very accommodating in a way of easy extension on rental days and bringing the car to us. The young man was very helpful in explaining the car to my father because he never drove a smaller push start car.

  The entire process from going on the app, choosing my nearest location, vehicle selection, pick up and drop was super easy and convenient. Mr Oneal (branch mgr) was very helpful

  Unfortunately my car has been in the shop a dozen times this year, and I’ve rented from this store most of those times. These guys are always busy working every time I have been there. O’Neil has taken care of me many times, and has gone above and beyond what he was obligated to do for me. The online reservation system does not take into account what inventory will be there on said day and time. That would be my only small gripe but every time I have had to change cars they have been flexible and made me a return customer. Great job guys.
