  Waited over 7 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and could barely understand the person on the other end because they chose to mumble. The rep took a personal phone call while filling out my paperwork. The car they provided had a PEELING HOOD. Enterprise, please train your employees to provide actual customer service.

  I had a great experience with Carlin. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Carlin made everything smooth and stress-free, from explaining the charges clearly to making sure I was taken care of quickly. His customer service really stood out — he was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. This was the best rental experience I’ve had so far.

  Longwood enterprise has the worst customer service. When I tried contacting Oviedo enterprise, enterprise system would fail over to Longwood. When I asked the gentleman to check to see if my reservation was extended by the dealership. He said no this is Longwood, call Oviedo and hung up without listening or trying to help. After trying to call Oviedo directly 5 times and being routed to Longwood then having same incompetent man answer and say call Oviedo and hung up, I decided to share my experience with Longwood Enterprise to hopefully avoid this same terrible Enterprise and Longwood experience.

  I used this Enterprise location for the first time this past week and it was great! They had good communication and great customer service. One of the managers assisted me and made sure my experience was great. Absolutely would recommend them and use the again!
