  We recently purchased a 2026 Silverado from Wes Haney. This was by far the easiest, most enjoyable new car experience we have ever had and we have purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years. From our first contact with Ken our sales rep, to Dustin, one of the managers, and Weston the GM we were treated with so much respect and friendliness it was amazing! They found the perfect vehicle for us at a great price. We couldn't be happier. 😊 Every dealership should be like them

  called 3 times today trying to schedule a transmission service for my 2024 silverado 1500. the first time, they didn’t know if they had the transmission oil, they’d call me back… 3 hours later, no call back…so I called into parts, found out they have the oil… I did the service guy’s job so, transferred back to service to schedule. still cant get ahold of anyone…voicemail, still no call back, hour 6 since I started trying to give them my business. i’m not calling again. that’s fine i’ll take it somewhere else. Worst part with the bad communication is that I have a diesel ram 2500 I was thinking about trading in for a silverado….but not here. First impression is everything and I give this one an “F”
