  Went in to have oil change 4 tires an ah linement done every thing went well service was exceptional they got it done within the hour phenomenal job guys thank you.. if you don't wanna do it these guys will. Thank you guys.

  My wife & I were on our way back from Destin to Gainesville on I-10 on a Sunday. The car starts shaking and the steering wheel is pulling to the right. Very scarry especially on the interstate. We pulled off at the Live Oak exit hoping to find something open to check it out. I saw the Mavis Tire sign just down the road and they were open! Greg was at the front desk and immediately knew what the problem was. Torn threads inside the tire. He assured me they could get to it in about an hour, which they did. Turned out both front tires (which had less than 20,000 miles on them) had torn threads. While we were there waiting for the car, one of the mechanics, Cory, mentioned we looked familiar. Never been there before. Turns out Cory worked at the car shop in Gainesville that we go to regularly and he remembered us! Got the 2 new tires put on and out the door in 2 hours, on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment. I can't thank the guys at Mavis Tire in Live Oak enough. They made us feel like family and took great care of us! Thank you all! Great job and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Gotta give this Mavis Tires & Brakes a 5 star. They are very professional and friendly. Front staff very friendly and professional from the time you walking to the time you leave. They have fixed my air conditioner, tires, and did a oil change. If you need tires ,air conditioning work, brakes,or oil change. I would definitely come to this Mavis they are very professional and knowledgeable!

  The entire crew went above and beyond! Melissa in particular did a blessed job guiding me towards what I needed, alerting me to some issues I was unaware of and then worked with me on a price that made it possible for me to afford the work! They even documented other work that needed to be done that I wasn't able to get at that time so I could get it fixed in the future ! I can not recommend them enough!!
