I recently had my vehicle serviced at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Live Oak, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The oil change and tire inspection were completed quickly, and the technicians were thorough with their complimentary vehicle check. The waiting area was clean, organized, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and honest. It’s easy to see why many customers praise the company for fast service, professionalism, and quality care.

All the good reviews because its a new place .. but I took my car and explained what was wrong with it they said it needed a new caliper then it was maybe the rotors but they didn't look to bad and then quoted me for shocks and struts when that wasn't the issue either so I paid almost 400$ for the new caliper and labor and now my car shakes worse then before and no I'm not going back. for what? To pay more labor and it doesn't get fixed right again no thanks
I was told It drove smooth after getting it fixed unfortunately that isnt true..I should not have to change every part to get to the part that actually needs fixing..

Excellent Service. This was my first time at this place. I came in at 5:45 PM and they close at 6. They gave me an oil change and a tire rotation on my Truck. They ran out of my type of oil because it's a special synthetic blend. They went out of their way to get the oil even past closing time. Jorge, Jason, Sylvester and the team took care of me. I appreciate service very much as I am in a business that relies on Excellent service as well. I will be bringing all of my vehicles in from now on. Thank you to all. Keep up the great work.

Worst experience ever, bar none. I went because I had wire showing on my tire. They had to 'get me in the system' before they would even give me a quote. ??. The quote was for a Goodyear 205 55 16, the only one they have in that size, $180 "all in". WOW! They claim to have bargain prices but that was at least $30 more than my dealership charges! I just couldnt risk driving to lake city and i really did not have the spare time. I REALLY needed a tire so I could work since driving is my job.
I was told it should not be more than 20 or 30 minutes. They weren't busy. No one else there in the lobby. Great, that gets me on the road just in time to get gas before I have to start.
We were ushered in to the lobby and were patiently waiting when the lights just shut of. It wasnt dark, the room is mostly windows and the TV was still on, but really?? I guess our 30 minutes is up. After a few more minutes this fellow walks in with a paper in his hand, scratching his head and looks at the stack of tires near the door. He didn't speak to us, just walks out.
Seemed odd, so I walked out and asked if there was a problem. He replied uh yeah we can't find the tire.
I'm thinking it has to be for another client but then realize we are still the only ones in the lobby. So we went to tell them nevermind we dont have anymore time to waste and it has already cost me a $100 run.
They had already taken the tire off of the car. I asked if they had found one yet. No they had not. So put my tire on so we can go. They looked at us as if they didn't understand English. my husband emphatically told them again.
At first they didn't act like they were even going to put it back on. (My husband heard some thing about whether they were going to charge us or how much and he got beyond angry).
They put the tire on with the impact wrench and one fellow began torqueing the lug nuts on the replaced tire. ..Great we can get out of here... NOPE. .He then torqued EVERY lug nut on the other 3 tires?? OK so NOW we can leave. AGAIN NOPE, because he then handed it to ANOTHER fellow who torqued all of them again!
You would think by that time a manager would have stepped up to at least apologize for the inconvenience or something.
I do not recommend Express Oil at all and i doubt that i will ever go back.
I left and went to Mavis Tires next to Publix. She showed me all the tires available in the size I needed with the list of prices and explained that the mount/ balance etc would be around $30. I chose the tire i wanted and was quoted $150 and change.
