  DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE - My father had his rack and pinion replaced only to have issues with rubbing. We take it somewhere else and they immediately noticed it was installed incorrectly $700 to fix what he had already paid. THEN to add insult to injury. I had an oil change and alignment done here. I’m told it’s ready and pick it up, only to notice the steering wheel is in the 2 o’clock position. I take it back for them to fix and pick it up again. Now the steering wheel is straight, but the front and rear are going in opposing directions. I take it to the place that fixed my father’s front end and they tell me they likely neglected to realize it has an air suspension and didn’t even do the alignment correctly. Unbelievable how incompetent of a service center this place has become.

  I booked an 8:00 AM appointment for a flat tire repair and showed up on time, expecting to be seen as scheduled. Instead, I was told I’d need to wait another hour because they had overbooked. They didn't apologize, but that doesn’t really fix the situation. If appointments aren’t going to be honored, then what’s the point of booking one? Customers plan their time around these slots. Disorganized scheduling and a waste of time. I won’t be coming back.
