  I went in to get some services in tires for our golf cart. I walked in greeted with smiles. Then I just pulled up. They took the tires out of my trunk, and in 15 minutes everything is done and Rangel put them back in the trunk so kindly. The services were amazing.

  They charged me for 4 tires when I only asked for 2. I took my car to get 2 new tires put on. The other 2 tires were a week old. I was quoted for 2 tires and agreed to the terms. They changed all 4 tires (including the 2 tires that I had that were new). I had to ask for the new tires that they had removed to be returned to me. I won’t return here and would NOT recommend doing business with them. Only gave 1 star because it’s not possible to give zero or negative stars.

  Outstanding experience from start to finish! My wife needed new tires on her van, and we were in a time crunch trying to get everything done before heading to our son’s football game. The team at Tire Choice absolutely came through for us. A huge thank you to Andrew, the manager, for making sure everything moved quickly and smoothly. And a special shoutout to Mario and Rangel, who worked on the van. They did an excellent job, were professional, efficient, and had us back on the road faster than we expected. It’s not often you find a shop that combines great customer service, quality work, and respect for your time, but this team delivered on all three. We made it to the game with time to spare and had the peace of mind knowing the van was safe with a brand-new set of tires. If you’re looking for honest, fast, and professional service, I highly recommend this Tire Choice location. Thanks again to Andrew, Mario, and Rangel for taking such great care of us!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I dropped off my wife’s 2016 Chevy Suburban for two full days after Assistant Manager John assured me they would have enough time to complete an oil change, tire rotation, replace a front turn signal bulb, inspect the serpentine belt and spark plugs, and diagnose the driver’s seat motor. Throughout the two days, communication was poor. I had to stop by the shop because no one was answering the phones, and I was repeatedly told everything would be taken care of. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived an hour later, it was still on the lift and the technicians appeared to be rushing to finish the job. Unfortunately, only the oil change and turn signal were completed. The driver’s seat was never addressed, the serpentine belt was still squealing, the oil life wasn’t reset, there was no oil change reminder sticker, and despite being told twice that the tires had been rotated, they had not been. I had to return to have the tire rotation completed after discovering it wasn’t done. To make matters worse, after getting the vehicle home I noticed a scuff mark on the driver’s door that was not there before the service. I recently had the paint professionally corrected and ceramic coated about 4½ months ago, and I take exceptional care of this vehicle. While I can’t prove exactly how it happened, I brought it to their attention. I was told there was no camera footage available, and they denied responsibility. I spoke with Manager Andrew afterward to see if there was a reasonable way to make things right after the inconvenience, poor communication, incomplete work, and the damage concern. The only offer was 15% off my next oil change, which didn’t come close to making up for two days without our family vehicle. I understand mistakes happen, but honesty, communication, attention to detail, and standing behind your work are what matter most. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations, and I won’t be returning.

  Booked and appointment for first thing in the morning was charged and said an alignment was not needed but did not provide paperwork showing alignment was good long story short my daughter who paid cash was sent on her way little do they know my husband was a mechanic and of course we requested and were charged for an alignment that was not done truly don’t know why we keep this facility in our area I have heard the horror stories with this place but always stood by them until they tried to scam my own daughter stay away from this place and thats coming from a mechanic’s wife the sad part is they are messing with a deadly weapon someone’s vehicle and safety I’m sure John who was in charge that day my daughter scheduled her maintenance slept well that night as he pocketed my daughters cash for an alignment that was never done shame on you
