    I needed to get an oil change as soon as possible after work so I went to Valvoline. My car was serviced and given recommendations in under 30 minutes. My car has been running smoothly since my last oil change a few months ago. I will be back for my radiator fluid exchange.

    1 hr wait and ended up with an oil leak. The employees dropped my oil cap/screw twice inside my hood (rookie mistake) and couldn’t locate it so they kept me there while they went and got the part. Worst part is, they didn’t tell me ANYTHING assuming I wouldn’t know since I’m a woman. I saw everything. I drove off only to find a leak. Now I need a mechanic to fix valvolines poor service Good luck
