  Went in for an oil change but they also do other checks as well and they checked my battery and then checked it again and then double checked ir again (4x), so much that when I went to start my car up it sounded funny and the next day my battery died. It was working fine before I went there. Won't be going back ever again.

  The team at lighthouse point Valvoline instant oil change was top-notch. They communicated like a professional sports team, their motivation level was high, professionalism was on point, and even though I came at the last minute right before closing, they were happy to perform every service I asked them to do, even tire rotation, with a smile…..a very fast, professional, and pleasant experience.   I’m not want to leave a complaint, but I visited here literally a couple of days ago to do my oil changed and they left my bottom skid pad completely loose I don’t wanna put the blame on anybody because the guy that was helping me out was a nice person and very attentive, but the GM was rushing the job the whole time saying I can’t believe that’s how long it takes for a Honda And then this happens to me luckily I’m a pretty handy person and I was able to fix it myself, but anybody else would go through a bad experience

  Price jump from $40 to $60 for oil change even though customer provided 6 quarts oil and filter. Went a few blocks north to Sparkling Image received elite oil change plus free car wash also way way less wait and screaming.

  Great help and courtesy always! Rashawn helped me pinpoint an oil issue and remedy it with ease and low cost. Not only do I get all my oil changes here, but I trust them to diagnose other minor issues because their expertise and service. Well worth a visit!
