    winning at 10 AM for an oil change. They called me to tell me my car was done and when I got there, they made me wait again Long everybody seems to be sitting around chewing on their nails, which is gross. Nobody looks professional. It smells in there and customer service the worst. I definitely will be going somewhere else for my oil change where people still care about customer service and how they look during their workday I called the manager. He came out and looked like he was pissed off that I was pissed off imagine

    Horrible customer service experience. I bought a used car back in October '25. As part of the purchase they agreed to replace a cracked windshield at no cost to me. It took months, I called a number of times, each time they said they would schedule and call me back. Weeks would go by with no call back. Finally at the end of January, one of the managers called back, apologized and promised to schedule the repair and offered to give me a full tank of gas for my troubles. Then 2 weeks again went by with nothing scheduled. Again in Feb '26 I called, finally scheduled and repaired, before arriving spoke with them about the tank of gas. When the job was finished at the dealer, spoke again with Ron about the tank of gas, he just kind of blew me off and said "oh that guy left" and sorry you'll have to come back. Very much a "not my problem" attitude. 1 star because the initial deal was decent and I like the car purchased. Otherwise won't go back.
