  I bought new 75000 mile tires at the Lehigh store. The manager at the time convinced me to buy the warranty for the tires, which was another $25 per tire. I was told that they would repair, fix or replace for the life of the tire. I was very sceptical about rather they would honor the warranty in the future. She told me that tire choice is an in house warranty and they have always honored there warranty. So I bought it. After about 20000 miles I got a nail in my tire. I brought it back to have them fix it. The guy who repairs them came up and told me that all my tires needed to be replaced, because they were at a 3. So I said well okay then replace them because they are all warrantied. As soon as I said that he said well they are still good at this point. I was pretty upset because he had just told me they were not good and needed to be replaced. Then all of the sudden they would last. So I was already feeling lied to and scammed by tire choice. Now we are here today. I got another nail in my tire. They are saying they cannot patch it. So I said well that is fine I have a warranty. I have now put 34000 miles on my tires and they told me that they would only give me $79.00 for a $160.00 tire. Now the story is they don’t replace the tires if there is an issue, they only give you a unspecified amount toward it, if they feel like it, because the guy told me that they actually were going to give me $0. I expressed I was angry and that tire choice are liars and there warranty is a scam. So now they are replacing my tires with a cheaper brand and less miles charging me $265. Their original offer was to me $608.00 for the same tires that were under their “scam warranty “ my advise…DO NOT EVER BUY THE TIRE CHOICE WARRANT!!! They lie and they cover only what ever the manager of the day is. This will be last visit to Tire Choice.next time go Sam’s or Costco better prices, better warranty, NO GAMES and LIES

  Store #1522... horrible. I specifically asked not to have the inspection done, just change the oil. I was assured that wasn't a problem. They did it anyway. Then, when I asked why it was done, when I specifically requested it not be done, the female technician got a real smart ass attitude with me. I can promise you, I will NEVER be back to store 1522. I have been to other TireChoice locatio s and always had a good experience. This one...horrible. To my knowledge, it is not the policy of TireChoice to completely disregard a customers request, and just do what you want to with someone elses car. Someone needs to explain that to store 1522.

  My car AC failed on a very hot day and Tire Choice personnel were all helpful and clear in communication. Price was very. Competitive

  We ordered tires online from California and weren't sure what to expect. The tires came in two different orders which we weren't expecting. Onel Coombs of Tire Choice was amazing. Our tires were in really bad shape so waiting for the second set of tires concerned us. Onel got us in right away and replaced our worst tire so we could have some peace of mind. Then in the following days he got us back in and had our tires changed out by his great staff. Everyone there was really nice and professional. Thank you Onel. Your time and speedy efforts did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. You are a great boss and a great guy. We appreciate everything you and the staff did to get us back on the road safely. We will be recommending Tire Choice and we will tell them to ask for Onel.
