I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your Tire Choice location.
I arrived at 12:52 PM for my scheduled 1:00 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After checking in, I waited inside the store for over three and a half hours without receiving any updates regarding my vehicle.
At approximately 4:30 PM, I approached the front desk to ask how much longer the service would take. I was told that a filter had not been delivered and that no one had touched my vehicle. While discussing the situation, the employee made a phone call, appeared to laugh about the situation, and then went into the garage area to investigate.
After returning, he asked whether my vehicle was a white car and where it was parked. I informed him that my vehicle was a blue Toyota Camry, which I could clearly see from the front desk, and that it was parked in a handicapped space. He then asked if I had parked it there, and I told him I had not. His response was, "Oh, it might be done then," followed by laughter.
He went to check the vehicle and returned shortly afterward with my keys, processed my payment, and sent me on my way. At no point was I given an explanation for the delay, an apology for the lack of communication, or an acknowledgment that my time had been wasted.
An oil change and tire rotation should not require over three and a half hours with no updates. Based on the interaction, it appeared my vehicle had likely been completed for some time and that staff had simply forgotten to notify me. Additionally, I find it unacceptable that an employee parked my vehicle in a handicapped space where it did not belong.
What concerns me most is not only the excessive wait time but the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. The laughter and casual attitude when addressing a legitimate customer concern were disrespectful and inappropriate.
I have used other Tire Choice locations in the past and have never experienced anything remotely similar. This was by far the worst service experience I have had with your company, and I hope management reviews this incident and addresses the customer service and operational issues at this location.
These people are awesome. Josh, one of the managers there, went above and beyond from beginning to end. Looked up tire sizes, calculated numbers for sizes I wanted, worked with me on the styles I liked, and he completed a promise of getting the tires shipped to their store in the timeframe of AN HOUR (lightning fast). I ended up buying five tires of how pleasant Josh was to deal with (four tires plus a spare). After I arrived, he followed through and managed over everything every step of the way and treated me with fairness (which goes a long way with me).
Everyone there was friendly, organized, and courteous. Never used Tire-Choice, but I will most definitely be a repeat customer for as long as they’re all there. Great people.

I took my SUV to this shop last year because the A/C was not cooling as well as it should and it was making a noticeable noise. I even had videos showing the noise before I brought it in. They diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, replaced it, and charged me almost $2,500.
After the repair, the vehicle continued making the exact same noise. I took it back twice, and each time they claimed to have fixed the issue. However, the noise kept returning, and the A/C still was not cooling properly.
When I brought it back again, they told me that the condenser was leaking refrigerant and that there was no warranty coverage because they had only replaced the compressor, not the condenser.
I spoke with other mechanics, and they told me that the condenser may have been the original problem. They explained that if the compressor had truly failed, the A/C likely would not have cooled at all. My A/C was still cooling somewhat before the repair, just not enough, and the noise was my main concern.
I went back to discuss this with them, and they said they would speak with the owner and call me back. It has now been almost three weeks, and I have not received a call. I have called several times, and each time I was told that the manager was unavailable but would return my call. Unfortunately, I am still waiting.
I am disappointed not only with the original diagnosis and repair, but also with the lack of communication and follow-up regarding my concerns.
