  I would like to thank the whole team for their excellent customer service on the 4th of July. It was one hour before they closed and I was in a desperate need of two front tires and an oil change to drive to Naples, after I made my first stop at the tire choice near 711 The lady told me she couldn’t help me due to my tires being OOS and I replied ok I understand thank you and decided to try the other tire choice near The Waffle House! This team explains they had no problem helping me, they will just need to get the tires from the location one block down. “I laugh” and I was in shock, because i told them about the lady at that tire choice just told me, she didn’t have my tires, WOW!!! So I really appreciate This team “near waffle House” for stepping up and making my 4th July happen!!

  Do not go here. Please, trust me when I tell you they will rip your money off. They charged us more than they quoted, they left the car with the same alignment problem, and I went home with a new problem. They have a VERY EXTREMLY RUDE attitude. There are not professionals at all. This is the location at 3502 Lee Blvd. I also have a new problem with my car. When I turn my car on, it make a clunk sound like the transmission is hitting hard when changing gear but it still in park. It does the same thing when I arrive to a stop sign. I believe they change the transmission settings. An specific programming change was intentionally made or something. Now, the car behave like it is in "Sport Mode" all the time, even thought it shows "Drive Mode" on the dash panel. A friend told me that some cars like mine from 2021, when they have a transmission program reset you have to wait for the car to learn your driving habits to adjust to your driving. I don't know if this is any true, but I am going to wait a couple of months. If by August 2026 it went away like my friend says, I will come back here and update my review. But if it has passed August 2026, and you still reading this, then it means I was write and had to take the car to a mechanic. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. They said I needed a bunch of stuff that they found on the routine check up. I didn't authorize to touch anything but the wheels alignment stuff. This is so frustrating.

  The service was excellent went in for two tires and gave me such a good deal that I got four tires. I really appreciate everything they did working with me.
