  For some reason guy with a bun keep flicking me off as a customer I don’t not appreciate a employ there sticking his middle finger at me I would like to get in contact with hr this isn’t the first time the guy has done it I really feel like I can’t go there to get serviced now

  Typical oil change joint. Showed me how "bad" my air filter was and needing to be changed, flicking bugs and dirt from the filter while he showed me. I agreed to buy a replacement but they returned a few minutes later and said they didn't have my size. Why would you ask my to buy something then tell me you don't have that item?

  Vine a este Grease Monkey porque tengo muy buena opinion de la sucursal que esta en fort myers, este me queda mas cerca e imagine que seria igual, pues resulta que no, vine el viernes al irme revisando el stikers y el comprobante habian tomado las millas mal del.carro y la información del.cambio pues estaba mal, regrese nuevamente planteo el problema, me cambian de nuevo el.sticker, esta vez di por sentado que estaría bien. Cuando ya de regreso a casa primero me fijo que la pantalla de mi carro ya tenia la luz prendida del cambio de aceite, alerta de mantenimiento requerido, pensé se debe quitar cuando ande mas. Pues no, resulta que nunca reconfiguraron eso, para que se activara en el próximo cambio, y alli vuelvo a mirar el sticker y tenia las millas nuevamente mal. Lo cual implicó que tuviera que regresar el lunes( pues no estaría en la.ciudad) para que me arreglaran eso. Llego a las 8:15am, y luego de explicar una y otra vez, lo que habia pasado fue que me cambiaron el sticker con la información correcta y vino un segundo mecanico a reprogamar la alerta. Tiempo perdido para mi, son cosas pequeñas, que el dia que se realiza el cambio tienen que estar pendientes, no es posible que yo haya tenido que regresar 2 veces aqui por eso... me deja con dudas el servicio... imaginaba que si eran la misma compañía de la sucursal de Fort myers, trabajaran del mismo modo, lo mas probable es que a pesar que esta me queda mas cerca, la próxima vez termine otra vez en fort myers
