  I am also reporting CHELSEA at the Lehigh Acres Enterprise from this morning as my other daughter and her friend did. My daughter went in to pick up her car that had a reservation for 3 days. She asked CHELSEA to "hold on" that she had to transfer funds before charging her credit card . CHELSEA looked at her co worker and charged the cc anyway before my daughter could transfer funds . Of course, when it was denied, CHELSEA indicated she could not try the credit card again and could not rent her a car. IS THIS SOME SORT OF A POWER PLAY ON CHELSEA'S PART. I am going to call Corporate Enterprise and tell them this story. Your lucky I do not call Wink News. I have rented from Enterprise when they were at the homestead rd location for years and even bought a car from Enterprise years back and never had a problem. My daughter had to be in Tampa today and was forced to take her own car that I hope does not break down. Please relay this message to CHELSEA. Unfortunately, I am forced to choose 1 Star here in order to post this when there should be a O option.

  If Chelsea was a cop, we’d be seeing her on a “Top Ten Worst Cops” video compilation on Youtube. She has no de-escalating skills and is very unprofessional. Seeing that this isn’t her first bad review I wonder if Enterprise will do anything about this. I went in with my girlfriend to rent a car. She asked for my girlfriend’s card and Chelsea was told hold on i’m transferring money. There’s a rule that if ur card declines you can’t use it again for another 24 hours. She put the card in the reader and she knew she messed up looking at her co worker. Instead of apologizing she starts to put the blame on us, argue with us and is dumbfounded my girlfriend is mad. We’re not mad about the bad policy or the mistake. We’re mad about her not taking accountability. Chelsea please never become a cop!

  Chelsea was the most unprofessional and discourteous representative I have encountered at a car rental company. During my transaction, I clearly asked her to hold for a moment so I could unlock my debit card for the deposit. Despite this, she proceeded to charge the card anyway. When the transaction declined, she immediately stated that my reservation would be canceled and that she could not rent a vehicle to me. She offered no solution, showed no patience, and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy for a situation that could have easily been avoided had she listened. Her behavior throughout the interaction was dismissive and argumentative, and she even rolled her eyes, which I found highly inappropriate. Additionally, I witnessed her handle a similar situation with another customer ahead of me. She instructed that customer to visit another Enterprise location, while quietly telling a coworker that the customer would likely be declined there as well due to the same issue. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, SERVICE. Shame on Chelsea for treating customers this way.

  Aderlyn was very professional and answered any of my questions I had. I had to return because I remembered another question I had and was greeted with a smile and an answer that put me at ease. From what I observed he seemed to be fairly new into this field of work, no matter how long he’s been there my experience was exceptional. Thank you so much.
