    The customer service at Villages Subaru is excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional. They explained everything with details and send you a video of the motor of your car while they are inspecting the same. The waiting time is very reasonable, I always make an appointment and I am out of there within 45 minutes, depending what type of service is been done. I love Subaru.

    The service was timely. Parts needed to be ordered, but I was given a nice courtesy vehicle. The work was done well and fixed the issues and was prices reasonably. Alejandro was great to work with and very friendly. The overall experience was very nice.

    Deandre Seymore was terrific. Once we met with the Finance/Business manager, he was terrific. It took 15 -20 minutes once we met with the Finance/Business manager. However we waited almost 2 hours on Friday and then another hour on Saturday to meet with the Finance/Business manager after being told we were next in line both times. No one should have to wait 3 hours to give someone a check after indicating they want to buy a car.

    There was a miscommunication that cost me $1000. They were right there trying to help me the 2 days I was there & were polite & accommodating. They did their best to accommodate my needs except for the 1 sticking point.

    Alejandro was very efficient and informative. He answered all my questions and kept me updated along the way. I liked the way he wrote down what I should expect to replace on my next service visit. I loved that he washed my car even though I didn’t ask. That was a super nice surprise. I hope I get this same excellent service next time.
