  I would recommend Village Subaru to anyone! The sales people and service people are terrific. It’s the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

  Adam was wonderful to deal with until Sales Leader, Humberto, entered. Humberto Is NOT customer friendly - especially to a single woman. EXTREMELY PUSHY!! They advertise no pressure - FALSE advertising! Will never return. Wanted a Subaru, but not impressed with the vehicles. Oh, well..onward and upward!! Was also concerned about the number of people in waiting room for service on their wonderful vehicles. Hmmm...

  Purchased a 2026 Forester from Villages Subaru. Purchase was a great experience. All the staff were helpful. Special thanks to Chris Hunter, the sales tech I worked with. Highly recommend you see him if you are looking for next car. No pressure sale. Super knowledgeable. And super friendly.

  Visited for some impromptu service after my battery died unexpectedly - Matt was my advisor and he squeezed me in for a quick battery test. Michael was my tech and he tested the battery and replaced it under warranty and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Very satisfied with my service experience.

  The stars are not reflective of the service department, which has always been great. The stars are for the sales. We purchased are current Outback from them two years ago and we were interested in getting 2026 Outback because of the new changes. A week ago we went in to test drive a 2026 and were happy with the new changes but after considerable dealing we didn't purchase a car because they did not have the color we were wanted, but did say if they could find one with our color choice we would trade. We received a call today that they had just received a car with our color choice. We went over and test drove the car and was ready to go ahead with the purchase when they quoted us a new price over $6000 higher than last week's offer. When I ask them on that they basically said you are mistaken, do you have any proof of the offer? Not what I call dealing in good faith. It also should be noted the sticker price on this car was slightly lower than the one we drove last week.
