  After having a tree branch fall on our windshield, I decide to call Safelite AutoGlass. I've used this company before and had great service. I scheduled online, received several follow up phone calls and Damon, the tech, was there the next morning. The installation went smoothly with no issues. Had a minor rain sense windshield wiper recalibration, but that wasn't a big deal. All said and done, I'm more than happy with Safelite AutoGlass and we'll use them again.

  I recently visited the Safelite location in Leesburg and was genuinely impressed by the office staff, especially Charlotte. From the moment I walked in, her kindness, warmth, and professionalism stood out. She treated every customer—myself included—with patience, genuine care, and a calm, friendly demeanor that made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. What struck me most was simply listening to her interact with other people. Whether she was answering questions, walking someone through the process, or handling a more complicated situation, Charlotte remained consistently helpful, respectful, and upbeat. It was a clear reminder of how great someone can be at their job when they truly care about the people they’re helping. In an industry where service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Charlotte set a high standard. The Leesburg Safelite team is lucky to have her, and customers are lucky to work with her. Highly recommend this location.

  Extremely overpriced. Wife needed rear d/s window replaced. This place quoted her $524 for the window and labor, said the frame needed repaired before they could do it. Seemed high so we called around to find they were literally DOUBLE the price of everywhere else. 1st Stop Auto Glass, nice family owned local business. They special ordered the glass, had it by the next day, came to our house at 8am. Repaired the frame for free, even put some paint over the damage spots, installed the glass, and were done by 9:15 and only charged $300. Safelite should be ashamed of themselves for trying to pull this on someone. Buyer beware here and support your local businesses. Thank you 1st Stop Auto Glass for being such a class act!
