  I went in to look at a Maverick, not expecting to go home with one. They worked a good deal for me and drove a Maverick home that afternoon! Terrell was great! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second truck I got from Key Scales. I like the small town appeal of this dealer with the friendly and helpful staff. They don't pressure you into something you don't want or need like some dealers in neighboring towns that want to be like the big city dealers.

  Hunter was my service writer for my visit. My wife’s Explorer had a major drivetrain issue that was going to take some time to resolve. She had a hard deadline for a departure to Wisconsin. He was excellent in every way. He kept apprised of the repair status, and made sure that the repairs were done on time. Great job Hunter!

  Recently had the pleasure of working with Brian and his team for transmission issues. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. While my truck was with them I received updates along the way.The truck is running great after the service. I would recommend to anyone looking for skilled, professional service you can count on.

  Crooked dealership. Sold me a used car that has a clean “autocheck” but it has minor damage on the carfax. I expressed my concerns at the dealership and was basically called delusional and was given every excuse on how this car could have NEVER had damage. There more worried about a sale than helping there customers out. I paid clean car prices but got a damaged car. DONT COME HERE. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH KEY SCALES FORD Update: Spoke with Randy the GM he said sorry nothing we can do….

  My personal experience went as easy as things could go. Mark was my salesman and I felt did an amazing job and was very personable. Everything he said was just as described. I would not hesitate one second going back to this dealership and working with him again. The dealership had a no pressure feeling and was very comfortable, which I like. They also had the best price around for my new truck. One happy buyer here!
