Hunter was terrific. He helped with an emergency and with several recalls that had been pending. I will definitely come back to Key Scales because Hunter was so professional and helpful!

My service guy kept me up to date on my repairs. The repairs turned out great. Very please. I’m only now waiting on one recall to come into the dealer. I’m not even worried about returning to get this repair. I’m sure everything will go as smoothly as my last visit.

This was by far one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Breanna and Mark were fantastic to work with. Zero pressure, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely give them another try when I'm ready to upgrade. I appreciate the ease of making the purchase. I encountered the sales manager but didn't get his name. He was sincere and helpful in the trade negotiation. 10 stars if I could. Thanks for the experience. I'm a huge fan of Key Scales Ford. They treat people right.

I had a fantastic experience with Key Scales Ford in Leesburg. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. The sales team was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. The manager was great to work with and made sure everything stayed on track. The finance department was equally impressive and made the paperwork straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out to me was the teamwork and the overall customer service. Everyone treated me with respect, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like they truly valued my business. I’ve purchased vehicles before, and this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. I would definitely recommend Key Scales Ford in Leesburg to anyone looking for a great dealership and a team that actually cares about its customers. Five stars all the way!
