  So glad I made the 2 hour trip to purchase my certified pre owned Acura! I would come back to do business with y'all again. Mark was fantastic, very easy going and honest. This is the kind of place anyone should feel comfortable purchasing their next vehicle from!

  Although the recall I took my vehicle in for was not able to get resolved that day, I had a good experience at Key Scales Ford. Communication and explanations provided kept me informed and up to date. I will be returning for my vehicles service needs in the future.

  I took vehicle in for 2 recalls. Recalls were taken care of. Check engine light still on after I picked up vehicle. I thought they would have notified me and offered to check while vehicle was still there. When I asked the service advisor, his response was fixing recalls would not make light go off, would need to perform diagnostic check. Went to local Auto Zone and received free check. I will not be returning to this dealership.

  We bought a new 2026 Ford Maverick absolutely love it. And the staff were very helpful. But our salesman, Steven, knew his busy when it came to the maverick. He answered every question my husband and myself threw at him. Love love this Maverick…

  I brought my Mustang in for service with very little expectation I would buy something new. And if I did get interested in something, my wife would put a stop to it! Key Scales surprised me. They worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted. But they made sure that everything they offered was a good value. I bought a new Bronco and left my beloved Mustang behind. I made friends in Sales and Service. Mark Carney was a well-informed, easy-going salesman who made the experience even better. Randy Lofton was the Sales Manager - the “wizard” behind the scenes who made things happen. Also Tom Murnane was the service rep who competently took care of my Mustang. We expect to return for our future car/truck needs. We recommend you do too.
