  The guys at the office off of US Hwy 441 were genuinely and overall helpful. They were professional in taking care of my needs during the time I held the rental. Will definitely be renting a car from here in the near future. Thank you for your excellent customer service guys!

  Being an Enterprise Plus member has its benefits, I recommend signing up to those who do not currently have a plus membership with Enterprise, the convenience of booking online, having all of my information securely stored for a smooth process, the ability to earn rewards, and the support I received from customer service, both in person and when calling in. I booked a last minute 3 week rental and drove from Florida to Arizona. The price was great, receiving the initial deposit back was exceptionally fast, and my overall experience was definitely better than other rental car experiences with other companies. The only issue I had was swapping out the car for a mid-size SUV on my way to AZ. Finding another Enterprise to swap delayed my trip by a full day, but the original location i rented from in Leesburg, FL returned the full day to me with my deposit without any problems. Picking up the car was extremely convenient, the car was clean, in excellent condition, and within 10 minutes I was on the road! Returning was exceptionally fast also and the gentleman that assisted me made sure I was satisfied before closing out the rental contract. I appreciate the ability to use my bank debit card when renting from Enterprise. Most companies either do not allow debit cards to be used, or they impose strict requirements that make the process daunting, which most people end up being denied. Enterprise exceeds all expectations when renting a vehicle and I will always return when I need to rent a vehicle. Thank you for the service I have received it was a great experience overall!

  This is the 2nd time I have rented a car and a few months. Both times the guys working there were very friendly and welcoming. The first time I rented this year they didn't have the car I rented due to a break down right before I got there. He went above the call of duty to give me a upgraded car so I would be comfortable on my trip. The 2nd time recently I needed a car they gave me a full size SUV which was a Dodge Durango with the Hemi engine. I was a little concerned about fuel mileage but I liked the car so I took it. This car was VERY COMFORTABLE, got 22 mpg on our trip and it was maxed out with extras which had everything you could imagine including a flat screen dash navigation system with a kick ass stereo system! It made our trip to Arkansas a nice comfortable ride that didn't coat and arm and a a leg to rent or drive. I have rented from Enterprise for over 30 years and this just proves why. I will definitely keep coming back when I need a rental. Great service, good cars and an over the top attitude about taking care of their customers. Thank you guys so much!!

  It's rough for me, I got pulled over for having expired tags, we have a corporate account they in the end did nothing and sent me off with the vehicle expired tags! And all I just hope I don't get pulled over again even tho it's a red flag driving around on expired tags the great Nebraska state patrol, searched everything so I guess Im a little bitter they couldn't get me into a car it was closing and they still had a suburban up front, two thumbs down on the staff as well!
