  This was the best experience that I've had at any vehicle rental company, including other Enterprise locations. From picking up the vehicle to returning it, both of the workers were extremely professional and the process was simple. The customer service at this location is superb 👌🏻

  When I had my accident enterprise was great they picked me up at the shop and brought me to their office and into a Rubicon Jeep Gladiator.I couldn't of asked for better service Enterprise is the only car rental for me.Thank you staff and team for making my tragedy not so difficult.   I needed to have my car repaired and was issued a rental by my insurance company, Justis from the Leesburg location assured me that I would have a vehicle that was comparable to my SUV waiting for me when I arrived at the collision center. They picked me up and took me to their location right away and a brand new Dodge Durango was already waiting outside with the motor and AC running, I showed my drivers license, signed an electronic agreement and drove off in minutes. I needed the vehicle longer than agreed on and it was extended without any problems and Justis took care of that as well without even any cost or hassle on my part. I recommend Enterprise for if you need a rental and if you can get Justis to handle it for you, even better!
