  I drove farther to go to this location based on their reviews, and I'm glad I did. A phenomenal team!! From Justin, who gave me a great rental experience on day one, to everyone who assisted with the return. Jacob, thank you for helping me to feel comfortable. Justis (Henderson), your smiles brightened my day, and to the super sweet young lady who gave me a ride home, your level of customer service exceeded my expectations! (She's a new transfer to this location). We are happy to have you! I'm just thankful for this entire team. It was pouring rain during the return and they took care of everything and wouldn't even allow me to go back out into the rain. Thank you all for top notch customer service and for taking it that extra step to even be personable and always approachable. These things keep your customers coming back.   We had a great experience with Enterprise. My truck was hit in a parking lot, and our insurance arranged a rental for us while it was being repaired. We were very happy with the vehicle, and the gas mileage was wonderful. The entire rental experience made an unexpected situation much easier. If we ever need a rental again—hopefully outside of an accident!—we would definitely use Enterprise again.

  Very grateful for customer rep DANIELLE! She was truly amazing. It didn’t feel like a transaction but a friendly conversation. She was extremely helpful, warm and inviting. The staff could learn from her character, bubbly demeanor and personality! I will return to do business ONLY if Danielle is there! -WALKER

  The prices for rental cars thru Costco are extremely reasonable. The staff at the Leesburg location are by far the nicest and most professional rental car reps we have ever dealt with. We have used this location about 5 times and it’s always the same friendly professional service!

  Great cars but to busy focusing on revenue and can’t process their customer in and out in a timely manner. At least a 45 minute wait for any car at anytime. Making advanced reservations is useless. To busy check you in sit down while I drum up another 1000 on phone calls. All about the money becaise you have the sucker customer already in the lobby
