- DHDavid HoltMar 24, 20265.0Early evening, I called this location at 754 n 14th St, Leesburg, Florida to see if they had a battery for my 2004 Lexus SC 430. They did, so off I went to the store. I met a salesman, Sean, who did an excellent job explaining the various price range and info on several batteries. I then inquired if he could install new window wipers also. He did a thorough test to insure I only needed the battery, which he installed. Also replaced my window shield wipers. Thanks to Sean, I will check with him in the future for any other needs I have! Excellent service and a great relief to me!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
