My own experience with Enterprise Car Rental was completely satisfactory, because all of the representatives I came in contact with were helpful and professional.

If you’re going on vacation to Florida, I don’t recommend any of these Enterprise locations; there’s no availability, and the cars they do have are in poor condition. Exchanging a vehicle takes forever—the young woman working there is very polite, but she’s overwhelmed trying to handle such high demand on her own. I don’t know how they manage to have so much demand given the terrible cars they offer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; you end up wasting a lot of time there, and it ruins your enjoyment of your trip because the whole experience is frustrating.

Don't be fooled, there's no professionalism here. You don't get to choose the car you want because there's only one available; it's either take it or leave it. The rental is ridiculously expensive for an old car. I've been back to try to switch, but I haven't gotten anywhere. To be honest, I'm not at all satisfied with this place. Yes, they speak Spanish, but they have absolutely no intention of speaking to you in Spanish, much less providing you with good service in Spanish.
