  Jeremy and his staff were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely suggest and or recommend using this enterprise location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

  I don’t write many reviews, I do it whether I’m very impressed or extremely disappointed LOL. Ok so this guy Jeremy at the front desk deserves a raise. What a kind and attentive gentleman. They’re lucky to have him here. Keep up the great attitude, very hard to find customer service trait these days.

  FORMAL COMPLAINT — ENTERPRISE CORPORATE/REGIONAL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION This incident requires an immediate investigation into Branch Manager Jeremy Brown and the handling of a family traveling with a special-needs child. I reserved my vehicle approximately 6 MONTHS in advance and called 2 days before arrival to confirm availability. Enterprise assured me the vehicle would be there. After traveling since 4:00 a.m. with my 5-year-old special-needs daughter, who requires medication on a specific schedule, I arrived and was told my confirmed vehicle was unavailable. Despite explaining my daughter's needs and the urgency of our situation, Jeremy Brown refused to provide an available larger SUV and told me to wait approximately 10 minutes. I waited nearly ONE HOUR. I was eventually CHARGED for a rental. During the walk-through, employee Jayden Williams asked me directly about my experience. I answered honestly that it “sucked” and explained why. What happened next is unacceptable. When I returned for my keys, Jeremy Brown confronted me about the negative feedback I had given Jayden. In my experience, his behavior was aggressive, intimidating and retaliatory. He repeatedly yelled and spoke over me before refusing to release the vehicle I had already been charged for and canceling my rental. I then specifically requested documentation/receipt of the transaction and cancellation. Jeremy Brown refused to provide it. I was left without transportation with a 5-year-old special-needs child who needed her medication, despite Enterprise knowing our circumstances. This raises serious concerns for me regarding discrimination, disability accommodation, retaliation for customer feedback, and Enterprise's treatment of families traveling with special-needs children. I am requesting that Enterprise determine whether its policies and appropriate procedures were followed. Enterprise Corporate should immediately PRESERVE AND REVIEW all surveillance footage, reservation and confirmation records, payment/cancellation records, internal notes and relevant employee records from this incident. I am specifically requesting an investigation into Jeremy Brown's conduct, why I was charged and subsequently denied the vehicle, why documentation was refused, and whether my daughter's disclosed special needs were appropriately considered and accommodated. Enterprise Regional/District Management: investigate this incident. The surveillance footage and transaction records should establish exactly what occurred. Lastly- my AMEX has a charge of $695.00. He never refunded my credit card. Because we all know when you process a refund through enterprise an email is sent automatically!! I contacted customer services at 3:15pm same day 8/21 to find out my reservation was never cancelled so the customer service agent posted it! This man should be terminated and demoted.

  The only good thing about my experience with enterprise is the staff. I chose the option for a luxury vehicle for a trip to Orlando, they didn't have one available upon pickup. I was told I could exchange the vehicle offered (suv) at the branch by the Orlando Airport. I drove the rental reluctantly because I had no other choice, made it to the branch in Orlando only to be disappointed again with the option to swap for a Corolla. After my experience with Turo I will never use enterprise again, driving for me is more than just getting from point a to b it's an experience. This experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and infuriating.
