  I just want to say that the team at the 4917 N. University Dr. location is the BEST! Jeremy, Rudy, and the entire staff always go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Every time I walk in, they greet me with, “Welcome back, Mrs. Vaneps,” which always makes me feel valued. They take care of all my needs, know the type of vehicle I prefer, and if I ever have an issue, they resolve it right away. Even before I became a Gold member, they treated me like a Platinum member. Renting a car from them doesn’t feel like a business transaction—it feels like borrowing a car from family. Thank you all for your exceptional service. I truly appreciate everything you do!

  Rudy, what an excellent employee with great customer service from the time we entered to departure. She's beautiful with a sweet spirit on top of that. Great choice when you hired her. She knows how to communicate, deal and speak with the customers 👌🏾 The Reservation team screwed up big time. I Reserved a 7 passenger van, pulled up to a little tiny compact car. Was sent to the airport to change it out just to be told to return back to the location in the same compact car 🤦🏾‍♀️ Never had a problem like this before. Reservations due BETTER!!! Jeremy and Rudy really tried their best to help out. Thank you

  Jeremy, the branch manager, needs to learn customer service skills to handle exceptions. His attitude and lack of courtesy are concerning. Christian, the assistant branch manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. He was polite and attentive, turning a one-star experience into at least three stars. However, my car was delayed for three hits without prior communication, resulting in a rental. The rental required an oil change, wiper replacement, and wheel balancing. They offered a discount, but the branch manager’s attitude and exception handling skills were lacking.
