  We traveled 30 minutes from Miami to find Amber. I initially met Amber in Miami Lakes. Then, we reconnected in Hollywood. It's always been a pleasure doing business with Amber. Her professionalism, expertise, and knowledge is unsurpassed. Even when we thought we wd look elsewhere Amber said that we could contact her should we have any questions. Now, that's what I call amazing customer service! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend Enterprise to our family and friends! Thank you!

  Coming here, I honestly wasn't expecting much. Life had been *life-ing* lately, and my hopes weren't very high. 💕 But from the moment we walked in, Tamara made my husband and me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She gave us so much peace of mind and reassured us that she'd do everything she could to help us... and she absolutely delivered! 🥹✨ We are beyond grateful for our new-to-us 2024 Kia Sorento, and the best part?   What should have been an exciting first car purchase turned into one of the most stressful consumer experiences I have ever had. A major paperwork discrepancy was not discovered until after the sale was completed and after I had already left the area. The dealership did not even pick up the check until the following day, yet I was later told the vehicle should never have been released. Had the paperwork been properly reviewed at the time of sale, this situation could have been addressed before becoming a much larger problem. Instead, I was left caught between the dealership and lender trying to determine what went wrong. Several staff members were dismissive when concerns were raised, and the loss of trust from this experience has been significant. It should be noted, my lender has been nothing but supportive and has been working around the clock with compassion. The contrast is stark and says a lot as a first time buyer. Edit: This is an ongoing nightmare that continues and has been exacerbated by Enteprises deep incompetence (6/8/26). Still ongoing because they refuse to do due diligence and be proactive with the lender (6/12/26). The vehicle is great. The buying experience was not.
