The cashier told me they didn't have the filter or the oil. When I asked why it wasn't ready, he got upset, became arrogant, and said he just worked there and it wasn't his problem. He then canceled my order and sent me to another employee. The second employee actually took the time to look and found both items immediately.To make matters worse, they charged me extra, so I had to pay more money. Plus, with the amount they already took from my card for the first order, now I still have to wait for them to refund that money. In the end, the rude cashier processed the transaction anyway. I wasted more an hour here. Horrible, horrible place. Avoid it."

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
