- GGGabrielleAug 9, 20261.0the employees here were GREAT and very friendly. where my problem was was the fact that the car wash completely scratched up the doors and windows on the driver side of my car- and didn’t even clean my car. I’ve taken my car through plenty of washes and have never EVER had that happen. Not only that but there are no bug scrubbers here and you have to pay extra for air fresheners, wet wipes and other things in order to clean your car. Definitely won’t be back here.
- JJJimiAug 5, 20261.0Lately I've been getting a lot of scratches after washing my car. I don't think the workers hand wash the cloths and rollers they use to polish the car. I used to see them do that. Now those brushes have a lot of sand in them, and if you come to the car first, the brushes stop rotating and are dry. All this has been happening since the worker seems to be 40-55 years old, with a beard and a cap on, he's not very pleasant, he's gloomy.

Everything is always working properly — the vacuum stations, the air blowers for removing extra water from mirrors, headlights, and hard-to-reach areas, and the mat cleaning stations. The car wash itself is always well maintained, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The number of vacuum stations is a little smaller compared to some other locations, and it would be nice to have one more mat cleaning station, but overall it’s never been an issue. I really appreciate the consistency and the good customer service at this location. This is definitely the Tommy’s Express location I prefer to visit.
