  Ethan was my tech, he was fantastic! Very professional, excellent in communication, Ethan seems like he's been doing this awhile, he got everything done in under an hour, He's a great asset to your company hope he gets the acknowledgement he deserves, would definitely recommend

  ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ stars There's only five stars here , because that's all they allow us to give . They were more than amazing. The staff is very thoughtful, caring and understanding. They made this terrible situation. An awesome experience. Highly recommend. And yes , I will travel to largo again over an hour away to an awesome shop with awesome staff.

  A year and a half ago my windshield was replaced through Safelite by a third party auto glass company. My windshield is now leaking so I called Safelite. They informed me that the company who did the work should honor any warranty work, only to find out that the company that did the work is no longer in business. Because those people were a non affiliated shop, Safelite then informed me that it is not their problem, and that I should contact my insurance company about how to resolve the problem. Safelite has ZERO integrity. They should be the ones standing behind the work, since I am not the one who chose the company for the work on my vehicle. Instead, they avoid responsibility with some flimsy excuse about a non affiliate company who did the work. YOU'RE THE ONES WHO SET IT UP!!!!!! So I spent another thirty minutes on the phone with the insurance people who are now trying to figure out who's going to fix the problem. Hey Safelite- NEWSFLASH- this was your gig. Grow up and take responsibility for the services YOU provide. My advice to anybody needing a new windshield, think twice about having Safelite get involved. If giving an ZERO star review was an option, that's what I would have rated. Safelite, you suck!!!!!

  The entire process was effortless I just had to make the appointment. The technician who replaced my windshield was great! Excellent customer care and communication. I’m very pleased with my experience and would recommend to anyone that needs this service.
