  It was a great experience from the time I called them to the time they came out. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful and the gentleman that did the work explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend this company. They were wonderful.

  I realize appointment's are necessary for a business. However, my daughter who is an ICU nurse, works nights was 20 minutes late to her second appointment with your service department because you couldn't fix it the first time she had it there. It is quite a struggle for someone who works nights to make daytime appointments when most of the time they work back-to-back shifts. There was no, looking to see if another appointment was available that day, which there was, you just told her she would have to reschedule due to being 20 minutes late. She did explain she was late due to an emergency at work which means there was a life on the line and she had to stay to help save, said life. It is even stated on your websites that you support first responders, military, teachers, and healthcare workers. Well there's more to supporting them than a 10% off coupon. Maybe a little customer service next time would be helpful. I find it sad that you could not find it in your schedule with your open appointments to try to at least accommodate her. From the reviews I have read, it seems this to be an issue with several of your other customers not being able to fix the windshield properly the first time. My husband and I have been customers of for a long time but I believe we will go elsewhere next time we are in need of service on our windshields.

  Worst experience ever Tech showed up at little after 4 pm A couple hours later hecinformed me he was unable to complete job do to his equipment not working. So not only did I waste overv6bhours the day of appointment I had to make a special trip to get job done. Total waste if time. I contacted corporate but do not expect much. On the website for corporate it had the photo and profile of CEO and a link to her email. I sent message and of course she did not contact me but passed it down the line. Why post your email if you are not going to respond?

  Taylor came out to replace my windshield and did an excellent job. He was punctual, very informative, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate his great service and would definitely recommend him.

  Can I Ieave a NO star?! I made my appointment that was a 5 hour window to replace my windshield at my home for a technician named Dajaun. After 4 hours I called the Safelite number to get a status only to be put thru AI HELL that won’t allow you to talk with a human. Eventually with some digging I found an online invoice with the shops address and phone number. Guess what? More AI BS. But eventually I found a prompt that connected me to the local office. The employee told me that Dajaun would be here and to hang tight. 530 pm rolls around and no Dajaun. I call the number to the shop——closed for the night. I go to the website and now my appointment and any acknowledgment that I am a customer has been erased “Would you like to get a quote?” the AI asks?! So now its back to square one with setting up a new order with the insurance and making an appointment. Not to mention the updated work order states the customer was a “no show”…..excuse me? I would have respected the business if they had called and told me they were not coming and need to reschedule but to let me sit there all day taking time off of work and other obligations just to blow me off and then erase the appointment and customer information was NOT COOL. 🤬 Now for part 2, this time I rescheduled a night before drop off at the shop so as to not hopefully be blown off by a negligent employee and actually get the work done. The shop got the work done within a few hours of opening and promptly notified me it was completed. So for part 2 I would give it 4 stars not 5 because I can’t trust that I’ll be blown off again by Dajaun and had to make multiple trips for drop off and pick up at the shop, inconveniencing my family members for rides and totally missing the point of Safelites mantra of “We’ll come to you to repair your auto glass”. I’m sure the owner will reply to this with “we will try to do better next time…” 🤷🏼‍♂️. Honestly, just say there will be a prompt to talk with a human on the main number and I’ll think much more highly of you.
