Absolutely solid experience, Ethan was my Safelite tech for my appointment and he was quick, efficient and made it effortless. I believe communication goes a long way and Safelite nailed it. Work was done and completed in under an hour and I was definitely pleased with the turn out. I will definitely be reaching out to Safelite again if I need any additional services in the future.

If you live in Florida where road construction is never ending, you’re going to need glass service! Safelite came to my location and the tech was polite and did a great job! I paid out of pocket and got it replaced for under $500.

I had an appointment for a windshield replacement on Monday 4/20/26. Staff was friendly and the service was fast.
However my car has a dealership installed dash cam and it was mounted with a real mount on the windshield when I brought my car in. When I got my car back I saw it was connected to the windshield so I didn’t look any further.
The next morning I get in my car and the camera is just dangling by the wires not connected to the windshield. These people put a sticky adhesive on my windshield and slapped the dashcam on there like it’s going to hold. Now every time I get in my car I have to re-stick it to the windshield. When I’m driving every little bump makes it fall so not only do I have to watch traffic I gotta watch for the camera to fall and smack my rearview mirror.
Maybe they could have let me know they didn’t put the camera mount back on for a specific reason but they never said a thing to me. So it just feels like laziness and they thought it would go unnoticed.

Public Warning: When Safelite damages your vehicle, then refuses to accept responsibility and accountability for the damages they factually caused and that are literally on camera (vehicle camera) doing, don't say you weren't warned.
I got to say, as a business owner myself, nobody is perfect. We try as best as can. But, when the time comes that my own company makes a mistake, we ALWAYS make it right. No matter what. These moral and ethical standards do not exist with Safelite. These people are the reprobates of auto glass and have no respect or care for their customers.
After having a windshield replaced by them, I found out after a couple of weeks that they damaged some electronics in my vehicle. Thankfully, my dash cam caught them in the act. Everything.... From the point my vehicle was left with them, from the time their tech brought the vehicle in the shop, at the point of actually damaging the vehicle. But, regardless of these facts, they refuse to fix what they damaged.
One thing everyone needs to do more nowadays is holding others accountable. So, Im going to give the regional manager a chance to avoid a lawsuit. I'm currently waiting for their response. Hopefully, they'll just do what's right. Because what's coming next in the lawsuit, should they choose not to, won't simply be just the couple hundred dollar cost of one electronic part. It will include court costs, personal financial cost for time, expenses, lost wages, and any other item I can include that's permissible.
Sad things had to reach this level. But I promise, I won't let this go.
