  From beginning to end…superb experience. EASY to make (and reschedule once) appointment. I opted to go to the location since the weather was terrible and didn’t want anyone to have to endure the weather. The gal behind the desk was delightful. Comfy chairs, charging stations too. I was relieved I was outta there an hour before anticipated!! And a few of the staff were kind and politely engaging to sure I saw coffee and water area.

  Do not recommend. Had my windshield replaced at home and it was quick. But the windshield was either defective or damaged during installation. When driving the next day, after it was installed. I parked my vehicle and when turning into the spot. I watched it Crack from the side. When I took it into the shop for a warranty repair, they told me because there was a tiny chip on the side (from improper installation or damaged glass already) they would not be able to help me as it wasnt a "stress crack". When i asked if it was possible the glass could be chipped from anything besides road damaage. They said no and that there was nothing they could do. The vehicle had not driven on any major roads or more than a mile when the damage occurred. But as I can't prove the damage was from their end, I am out of luck. I will be reporting this to my insurance company. Make sure you thoroughly inspect the glass after install if you decide to go through this company. As they will use whatever they can to not replace after install.

  Safelite did an adequate though not skillful job to epoxy a small stone chip with several radiating 1/2 " long cracks. They left a rough divot. When I called to make a follow-up to complete the epoxy to the glass surface, I was told that they couldn't make another repair. The only option was to replace the whole windshield. Another "repair" was not necessary, just proper completion of the first one with a fill layer. Poor workmanship.

  Only reason I went here is because of insurance having a direct line with them. Had an appointment for both the glass and camera calibration. 2 hours into the appointment, they came back and stated that they could not do the calibration because the car was too “new”. It’s a 2026 and we nearly into 2027… not that there was a concern and they want to be safer than sorry, just that it was too new and directed me to the dealership. It’s the reasoning that makes it completely disappointing because if it’s too new, why is the option to that calibration dome available then? And you only say that 2 hours into the appointment? Contacted customer service try and get more details because I just simply can’t fathom “too new” as an excuse. They reached out the shop, couldn’t get anyone and informed he would put the request in to have the shop call me to further explain. Never heard from them. New windshield was filthy too, suction cup marks, and never cleaned. Technician left glasses in my car too. To add, very disappointing that mobile service is no longer offered in South St. Petersburg, as it was not too long as my wife had them out for her car.

  Made an appointment week ago. Was called on Saturday morning to confirm that appointment with the message to call them back or my Monday appointment will be canceled. I called them back and did confirm my appointment. They had my VIN number, my vehicle information, and my informations. And when I arrived on time for my appointment they told me that they cannot work on my vehicle. They replaced my windshield on this very same vehicle few year ago, in Safelite in Tampa. I was redirected to this service in Largo or Lakeland. I didn’t just show up, with an appointment forToyota but I had broken windshield on Jaguar. They had my vehicle information.From customer service I got only “I’m sorry!” Shameful service!
